Hi Everyone, I have been to this location plenty of times and have spent around $800+ with them. They have the worst customer service of any vape shop I have ever stepped foot in. My wife and I were in there and specifically asked the employee which tank would be best for the unit she is using. We showed him the vape she has and the one he suggested looked like it was a nice one. $40 something. Then we leave and go down the street. She hasn't opened it yet, but the tank power ratings don't match the unit/subox she has. We take it back and she lets them know and they say no it's fine. The employee guaranteed it would definitely work with her current unit. So she opens it, and guess what. It doesn't work with her unit and the manager refused to return it and said her only option is to buy a whole new battery subox that will work with the tank that they originally sold her under false pretense. That cost an additional $50.00. They didn't even bother to try to see if their demo would work on it or not. Basically the lack of care they have for their customers and lack of customer support will cause me to never go to this location again and I will tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere. I was looking at spending another $300+ on a new vape for me , but they have lost mine and everyone I know's business. Keep this kind of quality up and your business will fail. read more

I've had some quality control issues with some products here before, but the management has always done an EXCELLENT job of making situations right and ensuring that customers are happy with their product.
