She is HANDS DOWN the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to E-Cigs. Any oddball question I may have had was met with incredibly detailed answers. There are a few dedicated "brick and mortar" E-Cig stores nearby, but they all seem to struggle with keeping hardware (batteries, chargers, etc.) in stock. They also like to play the salesman a little too much sometimes. At least that's been my experience. It was quite the breath of fresh air to talk with Preferred Smoke about what my particular needs were without having someone try to sell me an expensive kit that just came out. As far as liquids go, they have the best tobacco flavor I have ever experienced. Usually they tend to be too sweet for me, like some sort of tobacco candy. I actually picked up a tobacco blend at another store that tasted like the coconut girl scout cookies. I took one puff of Preferred Smoke's regular tobacco flavor and was more than impressed. No overpowering sweetness, it was the closest I had ever had to a real cig since I started vaping. To sum it all up: Knowledgeable, Friendly, no pushy sales people, GREAT liquids I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
