They seem to have a very limited knowledge, only and to speak on the few things they use personally, whereas other vape shops we've been to have employees who research things themselves and talk to other customers to get a more rounded knowledge set. There are so many other better options around town, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they can actually guide you on things.

The fine print on the product that disclosed what it was is impossible to see as the employee hid it from view until purchase. Upon being able to see it, it was clear immediately that the product was one of those shitty "nootropic" blends that are known to be a marketing scam. I noticed immediately and asked for a refund as this was absolutely not what i wanted, and was also wildly overpriced for a bunch of marketing bullshit. They immediately moved to deny it saying I "should have known better" and offering ZERO recourse. Not only that but the employee was rude and told me "its not that big of a deal so you shouldn't get upset." After actively scamming me for $30. i expect this behavior from sketchy gas stations not a major chain. Completely unbelievable!
