While annoying, I realize that stuff happens. The reason for one star was the customer service. The woman on the phone did not apologize one time. When I asked about it, she claimed it was not their fault, that it was the theater's fault. Rule one of customer service, just act like you give a darn about your customers inconvenience. I would AVOID these guys as they did not deliver the tickets promised.

Somehow, I learned about a children's production presented through their educational wing. I'm not sure if their education & engagement was this strong in years past or perhaps I simply wasn't dialed into their offerings, but that's definitely changing now. We went to see Splish Splash. This was a 50 minute long story about a blue heron and friends who are seeking to repair the moon after it fell into Lake Michigan. There were songs, there was play, and it was highly interactive. The kids--fellow "sailors", along with three of the cast members--learned a song to sing along at various parts of the show. There were several times when the kids were invited onto the "stage" (it was in one of their lab/classroom spaces, so there wasn't a raised stage) to help or participate. It was so well done, and kept the kids engaged. I really loved how this experience was designed. Upon arrival we were checked in and pointed to one of the classroom spaces. I was surprised because I wasn't sure how actors could be safe there, but it was actually a room for the kids to color and read books or play with toys and stuff before we were taken into the room where the performance took place. I've only seen something that was meant to keep kids busy like that before showtime is at Filament Theatre, and we've gone to kids shows at two or three other theaters by now. It was a great touch. This production was specifically geared toward children aged 0-5, which is atypical and felt so special that it was written with the littlest theatergoers. One of the important pre-show reminders was for adults, reminding us that it's a no-shush zone! I'm so excited that one of the most important theaters in the city, and the oldest non-profit theater still in operation in Chicago, is so committed to developing young audiences in an exciting way and meeting them where they're at. We'll be regulars at their Theatre for the Very Young programs.

We arrived on time, were seated, and the concert started on time. The acoustics are great and our seats were in a good spot. We used their concession stand to get water and snacks - because we bought our tickets and paid for the concessions using a Chase card, we were given a big discount - nice. We'll continue to go to the Chicago theater when they have shows we want to see. It's a great theater and a wonderful experience.

I like its ornate décor, the stadium style seats set-up which offers good stage view, the acoustics, and the overall aesthetics of this venue which makes it an ideal place to watch live events. On my recent (late June 2026) visit to see The Human League, Soft Cell, and Alison Moyet for the Generations tour, overall, I had a good experience. There were couple of issues that we had such as lack of cool air circulation inside the auditorium (it was hot and sweaty) and a couple of people standing throughout the show to dance, blatantly blocking other peoples' view and not caring about being inconsiderate and uncourteous to people behind them to which the theatre ushers had no problem with it. Otherwise, I have not had issues at this venue. So, 4.5 stars but rounded up to five. I look forward to going back here.

This was a treat!…read more After decades of watching games played in this stadium on television, and after decades of being a fan of "DA BEARS," I finally made it to Soldier Field. The only reason this place gets a 4 and not a 5 is because somebody stole my umbrella from security at the game. I honestly think it was someone from the "security" team because all the cheap umbrellas were right where they made us leave them when we showed up. Theft aside, this was a dope experience and I'll tell you why... 1.) "Green Bay SUCKS!" This was the beloved chant that rang out for the span on an entire mile as you walk the tunnels from the station to the stadium. When I tell you people screamed this with their entire chest! The best part? We were playing against Cleveland. Chicago just hates Green Bay that much. Respect. 2.) our seats were dope. Right in the end zone! I could absolutely see the players faces, and saw myself on the Jumbotron every time there was a touchdown; 3.) the fans. There's a lot of pride in Chicago wrapped up in this team, and everyone at the game who was a Bears fan was decked out in Bears gear. Even babies! 4.) the drinks are ridiculously overpriced, but you do get a cool souvenir cup to take home with you, so GET that $25 beer, you'll only barely regret it; 5.) the hot dogs. I finally got a hot dog at half time and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was for a ballpark dog: plump and juicy dog, soft pillowy bread, and there was even a little condiment station across the way with pump condiments and NOT packets. Who wants to deal with packets?!?? 6.) the song. I did not know that every time Chicago scores the crowd sings a special song. It was so cool. Grown men leapt to their feet EVERY TIME and sang their hearts out. The score was 34-10, so I had plenty of opportunities to see this happen, and it was lovely. Imagine singing with a bunch of strangers over a football game. Too cute. The stadium itself was like a mini-museum, so make the time to show up early and walk around to read all of the plaques, look at the statues, and get misty-eyed when you see little kids wearing a Dick Butkus jersey. Soldier Field isn't just some place where the Bears play, it's a cultural institution, and I'm grateful to have finally experienced it. And the city of Chicago is right...GREEN BAY SUCKS!

I immediately received a confirmation email of the purchase to wait for an email with details for the electronic transfer of the tickets. Mind you the show is 4 days away so after 19 hours of no further word from the seller, I worried and found all these frightening reviews so I called my bank to see about disputing the charge which included the insurance in case I needed a refund. By the way when I reached out to the insurance company using the link they sent me, it said they could not locate a policy number with my name and number. So don't bother with the insurance in my opinion- just a way to give them an extra $25. The bank suggested I try to reach out before I perused the disputed so I emailed them using the same email I got with the confirmation number. I was polite, brief and asked for an update. I received a very professional and friendly email reply within 20 minutes suggesting I wait and explaining the process a little better about waiting for the seller to contact me via email. Then not 30 minutes later I received an email with the ticket transfer from Ticketmaster and after I signed into Ticketmaster I was able to transfer the tickets easily and quickly. Maybe it was luck but all worked out splendidly for me despite many of the other horrifying reviews. Just be patient, courteous and give them a chance because once they have payment your best bet is to use kindness as your weapon of choice and see how much further you will get like I did the very first time. Hope this helps some folks but I might stick to purchasing straight from Ticketmaster in the future but if you made a purchase and don't hear back quickly just send them a nice note to ask and you might be surprised at the outcome!

Nowhere on your site does it say this may happen. I have never had any vendor, especially an event, change where I am sitting. It is not only a monetary issue. Because your system is not customer focused I had to waste my Saturday afternoon emailing you. This could have just as easily been resolved 24 hours before the event. They kept literally repeating that they bear no responsibility because they are a secondary ticket marketplace like their AI bot had a twitch.
