after the snow storms this spring, my car had been in the garage collecting dust. We went to this car wash, finally getting the car cleaned up. drove through, did not have them wipe the car off afterwards, got to where we were going and discovered scratches across the hood of the car that were DEFINATELY NOT there before. I called and ?Troy? told me I was mistaken, it did not happen there. They use these huge cloth strips that zig-zag there way over the car and I thought it was heard an unusual scratching sound but have never had a problem. Spoke to a lawyer friend that afternoon and determined it was WAY too difficult to press the case, considering we live in NYC. Certainly will never go back. read more

You lost a customer. I used to come here years ago when I worked in the area and it was great. I was in the area today and stopped. What a bad job. I paid over $30 for the wash and interior clean. I answered a text and they were done. I didn't think anything about how quick it was as there were three guys working. I drive away and the car is wet and still has soap on it. My interior windows were not cleaned. I went to talk to them and they turned their back to me so I left, never to come back. What a shame that it went from so good to so bad. Not the type to write a yelp review but I go to this car wash because it's the closest one to my house and can confidently say they consistently do a poor job. I wouldn't go here for anymore then a basic exterior wash but even still, if the machine doesn't get it, the workers won't go out of there way to wipe left behind soap off or wash and bugs/debree off the car. Paid for a premium wash and the interior and floor mats were still as dirty as before it was washed. Bugs still stuck in my grill and soap on my mirrors. $30 for basically exterior car wash . You drive thru the wash and took them 2 minutes to go over the cars in and out . Have to go back home and clean it properly. Could do $12 car wash and then do it your self . There are much better quality places near by. read more

We had our new car washed today, full service. The car was just 3 days old. They scratched the passenger side window. We brought the car back and spoke to the manager. First, he tried to buff the scratch out of the window. When he realized that wasn't going to work because the employee carelessly scratched the window causing an indelible mark on the glass, the manager said, "this did not happen here" and walked away. I said "you got to be kidding me...this car is 3 days old. Nobody has even sat in the passenger seat and coincidentally after the car wash there is a noticeable scratch in our window". He said, "that didn't happen here". I said I want to speak to your supervisor and said the boss is on vacation for the next two weeks. I asked for the contact information and he handed me the general business card and walked away. This was a terrible experience and not how a customer should ever be treated. I have just returned from having my car washed at Classic Touch. Since it had been a while, I got the #5 "supreme" package. To say I'm angry right now would be an understatement. This service was FAR from "Supreme". I would have assumed that washing the floor mats, VACUMMING the interior carpet, wiping off the dash, interior doors and running boards would all be included in "full interior service" I paid for. None of this was done. I don't even know if the hot wax and other exterior services I paid for were performed. There was no indication of it. This has left me extremely dissatisfied. Absolutely awful, I did my oil change with them. They did not put back the piece to the car and the entire bottom half of my car was destroyed when I got home. Due to their negligence, and I spoke to the owner about it was not helpful and did not want to take responsibility. Honestly tried to gaslight me and kept making comments I just ignored him and left. The owner is a crook!! The machine scratched up the whole front of my hood and when I tried to report it to him, he threatened me with violence!! Even one of his workers said he'd seen it happen before to others. When I told him that he demanded to know which one, so he could "fire his ass!" This is a pretty good car wash! It's a little confusing at first....after telling the attendant my package choice, I was getting ready to get out of my car, like in other places, but the attendant instructed me to stay in the car and ride in the car during the wash. There is no indoor waiting area. After the wash, you follow the blinking sign when it's ok to drive to the next station, which is where they hand towel dry your car, shine your wheels, vacuum and wipe interior, and hot wax if requested. My car came out pretty shiny and smelled good! Only gripe was I noticed there was an area of dried water marks where it wasn't wiped by the bumper. The prices are pretty good for what's included. During NJ winters is nice to have the salt washed from the undercarriage asap so as not to have the car corrode underneath. The middle package is only $16 and it includes the wash, under carriage, a wax and interior cleaning. Recently I went to another car wash and they didn't even towel wipe my dash and console at the highest package which was about $10 more! I'm glad I finally found a nice place to bring my car to get cleaned. Next time I'm bringing the kids for a little laugh! read more

When they dry the car, they have this weird way with a skeleton crew that cannot keep up so the cars are backlogged. Oh, back to the kiosk. after your in line you basically cannot get out. I would have left but was already blocked in. I selected the exterior only at $10 (you can get it $5 in Englishtown) The owner tells you, "well we do the under carriage, we use the best soaps..blah blah blah"..what else could he say. this is the first review i've ever written and i had to make an account to do it. DO NOT GO HERE. my mother and i went through the car wash with our almost brand new, leased car and when we got out i saw multiple really bad scratches on the hood (pictures below) and we asked to show the manager. manager obviously denied it was them, but as my mother was talking with the manager an employee came over and said to me "i've told the owner about this before", and we politely asked to speak to the owner. the owner immediately came out and started screaming "GET THE F**K OFF MY PROPERTY OR IM CALLING THE POLICE" to which my mother responded "okay call the police" and the owner lost it. he got in my mother's face which prompted me to get out of the car and say "do not ever speak to my mother like that again." and the owner continued until i had to tell the owner to back off or we'd have a serious problem. the owner finally backed off and kept yelling from a distance until we pulled away. we don't live in manalapan, but after speaking with manalapan police over the phone we will be filing a police report first thing tomorrow. Though it may sound like we're being karen's, i promise it was nothing we did. I took my car here. Never had a car wash. There was a really nice young guy with a beard. I liked him. My car floor was messy (dirts, cig butts) which I figured vacuum was an easy do so I got the package 4 that cost 26 dollars. I pulled up to where they clean the inside and tire second. I got out and tipped 15 dollars cause I knew it was a bit messy. I was informed that everything on the ground would be trashed which I didn't think was an issue. They threw away my car keys. They didn't clean my front inside windows when they did everyone elses. But I didn't really care cause everything else was good. I wish the guy in yellow didn't tell me his employee "thanks for leaving me with that car." I mean, I did tip 15 dollars as soon as I got out of my car cause I know it was messy. read more

You really have no idea what your getting your inline tons of people behind you and you don't have time to figure out what you want . Had to vacuum the inside myself after they were done because they did such a terrible job. I live locally so this is my go to car wash. But after today I will never go again. I always get the #4 full service wash because I am usually happy with the end result, today was not the case. The overall wash was fine, but the customer service at the end was very poor. I wash my car every two weeks, so I know what the end result looks like. Considering I would frequent this car wash exclusively I expect the same high quality customer experience I've been receiving. The hand drying process was done very carelessly, halfway through the employees all left to cater to other needs of the business as I left waiting trying to figure out where they had all gone for roughly 5 minutes. An elderly employee with white-gray hair comes out of the side office and proceeds to tell me I'm all good and continues on to the next car. I kindly asked him for a rag so I can wipe up the residue that was left over from the poor hand dry and he copped an attitude for no reason. He proceeds to tell me that all cars do this and that once I drive off it will all "go away." Granted, I understand when you get a car was it won't be 100% dry, but come on buddy, I've washed my car at multiple car washes including this one and my car has never looked like this before. I'm not upset about the actual wash, I'm upset that he had to cop an attitude for no reason. It's not like I was like "hey you missed a spot, make sure you get that" I kindly asked him for a rag and it was the end of the world. With that being said, my final wash at Classic Touch was today. Every time I go here my car isn't ever completely clean! There are spots of dirt all over the hood. My bumper isn't even remotely clean. Still covered in bugs! The automated kiosk wouldn't take my card and gave me such an issue. The inside of my car looks the same as when I got there. Only difference is my mats were vacuumed. Dash is still dirty and so are the windows and doors. I don't keep my car dirty and I normally clean it myself. There was not much to clean on the inside and they couldn't even clean that! If you want your cart actually get clean definitely don't go here. read more
