This place is awful and expensive for the outcome. I'm pretty sure the business they generate is due to the convenient location and can only deduce the high prices are based on the same. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and tried 3x. There won't be a 4th. The wheels/rims on my truck were still filthy masked by tire shine and the exterior always seemed to still have bird poop and bug guts. My critique of this place wouldn't be so harsh if it didn't cost an upwards of $30 only to be left with dirt baked in after a subpar "wash". My opinion...take your hard earned money elsewhere. Problem is there aren't many carwashes in this area. Spend the extra time and drive a bit further. Unfortunately, this place continues to go down hill in quality while the prices increase. It has really gotten bad with the new owners. I have a monthly membership ($70/mo). They don't vacuum anything anymore. I put popcorn on the floor of the 3rd town of my SUV and it was there when I got back in. They used to pre-wash the cars but now they just use the power-washer and move it forward. Wheels do not get cleaned, bugs still on the grill and wheel wells dirty. They barely dry off the car. They do not towel off any of the car where they would have to bend down. They spray half the tire with the tire shine and don't wipe the water off first so it's useless. Dust on the dashboard and the mats are dirtier in the end because they get in the car with wet shoes. At least the last owner had them put a rag in the car to step on. Should we talk about the nasty woman inside? She is pissed off at the world. Everything is the customers fault and problem. The guy with the curly hair is nice and always apologizing for the way she speaks to people. I'm cancelling my membership. I should open a full service car wash in town just to put that nasty woman out of business. read more

The actual wash was fine; but caught a worker pulling off rubber piece where washer fluid would go on back window and with it off water would go into my car. I was off to the side but noticed he laughed it off. Called to complain and the woman at front desk made it like I was crazy. Pretty messed up thing to do. Not the best by any means ! The interior of my truck smelled like a wet dog after the did their version of wiping it down! Cup holders and any obvious spot you would think they wipe down, wasn't! Poor job !! They need to wash their towels more often so they don't stink up your car !! read more

They have anything you can need for your car with extremely fair prices. I've needed new mats for my car but waited until I could go there because of their fair prices and great assortment. in my opinion this business had gone down hill. They used to have great service and your vehicle looked great. Now the service leaves a lot to be desired especially since the price keeps going higher and service is terribl. I went there today purchased a #1 which is the the top package. I had to have the manager come out my cargo area wasn't wiped out, my front seats still had spill marks back seat wasn't wiped down at all. when your paying $32.00 to have your vehicle cleaned and washed you expect it to be done. As a lot of the other reviewers noted, this place is pricey and unfortunately that doesn't equate to better service, or a cleaner vehicle. I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes in a short line. They have 4 options ranging from $14-$30. I asked for the top option. I then waited another 10-15 minutes for the car to go through the wash. The lady at the counter wasn't rude, but she wasn't exactly friendly either. However the most important thing to me was if they washed my car, and well....I will show you the pictures of what I got back. You can honestly run your car through an $8 wash and get the same results, if not better, and just vacuum the car yourself. read more

This used to be my go-to car wash because of the location....until today. I have to say that it is obvious that the business changed hands and I haven't gotten a car wash in awhile. All I know is that I will NOT be coming back. $28.00 for a car wash to include tire shine which was barely put on?!?!? That should've been my first clue but what sealed the deal was the guy sitting behind the counter. Not a word out of his mouth and no eye contact...no hello, no thank you, nothing. Surprised about all the bad reviews, that hasn't been our experience. I've brought my wife's car here a couple of times in the past year, each time it came out very clean, no streaks at all. Horrible ... since the original owners have sold the business , not the same quality car wash. Rude employees . And the guy sitting at the front that takes your payment is the rudest . I'm not sure if he's the new owner but not one for customer service or values your business. I used to go there all the time when it was the original owners. Now that was service done right. The new guys are not up to par . I was very unhappy and will not be going back. Word for the wise , don't go there with a dirty car on the inside, they will get pissed that they have to spend a few more minutes to do a good job . I'm sorry, but for a $30 wash I shouldn't have to ask to have dirt cleaned off my car at the end of the service. They offer "10th wash free" but they don't advertise that it's only for specific washes based on what you've gotten in the past. Fine, I'll pay the difference even though I've always gotten either #1 or #2 ($26-$30). Every time I leave I have to wipe down the dash, seats, areas that are missed. Today, I watched my car get wiped down and the bottom of my car was left dirty- nothing more than paying a little extra attention to these areas couldn't fix. They waved me over and I had to ask them to just hit those spots before I left, and was ignored, got some eye rolls, and they moved on to the next car while I stood there and waited. My son took his car out someplace and brought it home filthy. It wasn't really muddy, more like he drove through dirty puddles. Teenagers... I really didn't feel like washing it, I don't even wash my own car. So while I was borrowing it I figured I'd get it washed and brought it to this place. What a mistake. First off, their cheapest wash is $13. Just to compare, the car wash on RT 9 in Howell it's $8. That's significant. When you get here, you get to watch them vacuum the cars on front of you. Riveting. And you can't leave. They trap you in the lane. Once it's your turn you tell them what you want and get out so you can watch your car go through the machine. You know the drill. This is where it gets wierd. I pay and wait for the car to go through. Some old guy comes up to me and asks if that was my car then starts giving me a hard time because the car was dirty. I was floored. Where else would you bring a dirty car? And he didn't stop. Even as he was walking away he kept at it. Before they put the car in the machine they rinse it off and most of the dirt rinsed off it anyway. So, apparently, if your car is dirty, don't bring it here. The wash itself was ok. Was it worth $13? Absolutely not. It certainly wasn't worth the lip I got from Old Man River. But he wins. I'll take my 4 cars someplace else. read more

Definitely a pricey car wash compared to its local competitors without much of a result difference in my opinion. I've been a resident of Freehold for quite some time and This car wash was my go to place until they raised the price. Like many other washes, this location has multiple tiers of service which varies at prices, but even their basic package I remember was costly compared to others which were about $8-10. The procedure was fairly simple. You pull up and given the option for vacuuming the interior and preference to drive yourself through the wash. The wash is not a laser wash, but a array of machines with fabric. No visual scratches or damages to the paint of my car after multiple uses, so no worrying about that; I know some people prefer touch less washes for paint preservation purposes. Upon completion of the wash, there are few people with towels outside wiping down your car. My experience here was generally neutral, but I don't go here as often for a quick rinse down due to the price change. read more

Rude, vulgar, & overpriced. The lady at the register called me an A** hole in front of my wife and children. When pulling up to the car wash I asked if they take competitor coupons. They said "yes, go to ge front desk." I then asked "but competitor coupons?" to make sure. They again said yes. So I went with their $24 option with wax (which should only be $14.95 with competitor coupon). When I got to the register I said "you take competitor coupons. Right?" and gave her the coupon. She replied "No, not any more. $24!". I said "Well, I asked up front and they said yes. So I went with the wax option because it would be $14.95. If I knew you didn't take it then I would have went with the $19 option without wax" (which is still very expensive). She looked at me and yelled "They don't speak English. $24!" I pulled out $20 gave it to her and said "this is all I'm giving you. Sorry." She then proceeded to talk about me with the other workers and call me an A** hole in front of my wife and children. I remained calm and ignored her and in no way provoked her or was innapropriate. I will never go back here. I went to Freehold Raceway Car Wash on Sun 01/24/2021. The employees washing the cars were great as usual, but the woman at the cash register was not. When I came up to the register, she was not wearing a mask. After paying, I told her that she should be wearing a mask, to which she responded that she did not need to because the store is "open." I told her that there is a state mask mandate, and that she needs to be wearing one for the safety of her customers, and she still refused. There have been times when the woman, who I assume to be a manager, was less than polite to me, but never have I experienced such a crass disregard for others' safety. Went today in 24 degree weather and windy. The do a wonderful job as far as the wash goes but... The guy behind the counter with the afro is rude and inconsiderate!! He had the heat off in the building where you pay, it was so cold in there you could see your breathe. The guys outside had nowhere to come in for some heat to warm up but, he was in the office near the bathroom with a space heater keeping himself warm!!! read more

The owner of this place has zero customer service skills. I simply asked to have my floor mats dried off before they are put in the truck. He told me why waste the time they get wet when it rains - well no sir the bottoms do not get wet they are there to protect the carpet from getting wet! On top of that I asked the workers not to do the rear seats. They took my dirty greasy hitch from the back seat floor area and put it on the rear seat so now I have a grease stain! Not my first time here but definitely my last. It was not busy today as it is Wednesday and was at 12:30 two cars in front of me and none behind me so I know they weren't rushing. Paid $25.00 for a car wash and interior cleaning....inside the carpets still have some dirt on them that easily could be vacuumed and when I got out of my car at work after leaving there all over the car are streaks from the cleaner. This is the one if the worst "full service" car washes I've been to. I've never had the experience of going to a "full service" carwash that didn't dust the door. Let alone the center console area. This is a pitiful excuse for a carwash. The workers moved with no initiative and what appeared to be the manager I would assume looked like he had no back bone to manage his crew. I'd have rather just gone to a pay and spray. I will say the interior was nice minus the non carwash related items they that you were trying to sell like dresses or chairs, the vac crew did alright but the finishing bay was just terrible.
