The lady who did my eyebrows was not friendly at all -- she barely spoke to me, did not welcome me, and simply commanded "sit." Very bad actitud! She rushed through my eyebrows in about 2 minutes, and it definitely showed in the final result. One eyebrow was left noticeably thinner than the other. When she handed me the mirror, she did it in a rushed manner and immediately walked to the register to charge me, making it difficult to properly notice the unevenness at the time. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times before, and never has anyone done them this quickly or carelessly. I left very unsatisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the work. When I'm at Rubal's I can feel the difference in her craft. She takes her time and is a perfectionist so she's spotting hairs and plucking them out or going over them again with the thread, either way she's getting them out.
