I was charged as a paint correction, however no paint correction was ever done as it took 2 trips to get "fixed", which it still aint fixed. Infact it's worse in spots than it was when i dropped it off originally. Caiden claimed he'd make sure I'm taken care of, as I delayed payment because the work done the first time was unsatisfactory...and here it is 2 months later and I'm still waiting to be taken care of. He says to send pictures of the work in question and once we finally agree on when to bring the car in he quickly walks around and takes his own pictures despite the ones I submit originally, instead of taking the time to actually look at anything. Work still didn't get done, and pictures submitted of the work - wasn't even touched. He tells me after picking it up 1st time that he pointed out areas over looked but im having to bring it back twice? How do they look at vehicles to determine if things look good or not before calling the customer that its ready for pickup? You'd think having a detail business that they'd have a detailers eye but nope. They damaged some spots of clearcoat mainly on the rear quarter panel area, added lots of swirl marks along the front quarter panels and bumper, and still left original marks around the car that shouldve been removed 1st time dropping the car off...the work i paid for and was told id get taken care of. They don't return phone calls or texts. Sounds like alot of their good work only comes from higher end uncontaminated surfaces that are already in great shape.

They even went the extra mile to stay after their work hours so that I could pick up my car since I finished from my job the same time they did. The end cost even ended up being less than the initial quote I got. Overall I am extremely satisfied with toy shop. I would recommend them to anyone, and God forbid I ever need body work on my car again but if I do I will be going here.

Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I took my car to Julio's Body Shop and the results were…read morebeyond terrible. The new bumper they put on wasn't even installed correctly -- my dad had to pop it in because it was hanging loose. The paint didn't even match and was already cracking. On top of that, my horn doesn't work, my cruise control doesn't work, my outside temperature sensor stopped working, half of my driver-side headlight doesn't work, and even the battery warning light came on after their so-called "repair." When I took it to a real mechanic, they told me this was one of the worst jobs they've ever seen. They said whoever worked on my vehicle didn't even bother to plug things back in properly. That explains all the electrical issues I'm now dealing with. When I asked Julio about it, he suddenly claimed the wires were "spliced up," which is completely untrue. Funny how he only mentioned that after I brought up the check engine light and other problems. If I hadn't said anything, he probably wouldn't have admitted to anything at all. To make things worse, the customer service is just as bad. His mother, who works the front desk, was rude as hell. When I asked how long the repair would take, she gave me attitude and snapped back, "None of your business. When you have your own shop you can do what you want." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Julio also ignored my calls and texts, and when I finally reached out again, he acted like he didn't even know who I was. Totally shady. And to top it all off, he randomly told my wife he was "7 months sober from meth." Totally unnecessary and not something a customer should ever hear. Here's some pics of the horrible job they did so you can see for yourself. NEVER have I ever seen work done this poorly. I was supposed to bring the car back to let him "fix it," but I'm not risking letting him mess it up even worse. I'm taking it to a real mechanic who actually knows what they're doing. If you care about your vehicle, avoid Julio Jr. and this shop at all costs.
