It was my first time at this car wash and I accidentally entered through the alley. Both gentleman were extremely friendly and helped me turn around and enter through the kiosk gate. (Enter on Broadway) I purchased the monthly membership and it was such a good deal, especially because the scanner reads your license plate and the gate goes up and you are good to go, similar to when you go into a toll. It's very convenient and you don't have to deal with having cash/card. The staff was so friendly and my car was spotless. The colored lights inside the car wash were cool. Only down side was no vacuums. read more

I called back, asked a question, and was put on hold by "Ricky".... who never came back to the phone - sat there forever as I heard staff just laughing. This place changed ownership about 4 years ago, ans its gone up in prices and down both in terms of the quality of the clean and with folks this disrespectful, I'm going to find a new car wash. read more

Long story short: 1. Quoted $150 (get it in writing) to detail BMW convertible. 2. Arrived 4 hrs after dropoff, and detailer was still working on it. Then, rushed it out to say it was done. 3. Inside had not been cleaned except perhaps the seats. Dust and debris still inside. 4. After agreeing to re-do the inside, within half hour, it was vacuumed, dashboard and windows cleaned, but with Mercedez mats. Removed upon my request, he found my BMW mats ... fortunately. 5. Shop tried to charge me $195. I complained and spoke to manager who, finally, realized that he had quoted $150 originally. Overall, outside looked fine but with inside trying to be passed off as completed and then overcharged, I won't recommend or be back. read more

For 13 bucks they washed the outside, swept inside and dusted the dash. My car looks great. It was quick and cheap. They took off a ton of caked on dirt from snowy February. I came back to show them that one of my seats and floor were drenched. they vacuumed it for 5 minutes and told me i should drive with my windows down to dry the rest. it was still drenched. further as I vacuum at home I see the seats are discolored from the soap used. they did not offer a refund. they've done a decent job before, but never great. customer service has always been a weak point. read more

I've gone here a handful of times as it's conveniently located to my office. I have gone back on the idea that the last time I was here must have been an off day. After 4-5 chances their time is up and I won't be back. The car still has bugs on the front, my windshield is more dirty afterwards then before I went. This is probably because the guy wipes everything with the same towel. Dash is dusty and there is noticeable dirt left on the car where they forgot to dry aka remove the leftover dirt. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Find a place that is a little more classy and actually cleans your car. If you're not into that they might be able to help you out. Stopped by and ordered the $29 wash. Hoping to find a place downtown to stop in and drive away with a nice clean car. Man was I disappointed. Would have expected tire shine, dash wiped off, and windows cleaned for the top of the line package. The back of the car looked untouched even after going through the wash tunnel. Dash still had dust on it and the windshield was smudged in places. Stopped by on the way home to get it fixed and the guy just wiped the dirt with a dry rag, excellent way to treat your paint . While showing other spots that were dirty, I was told that I must have driven through construction. I drove a roughly a quarter mile away and parked in a garage. Plus hand prints wouldn't have magical appeared on the new construction dust. Either way not impressed with the staff or quality of service. I will seek services elsewhere and suggest you do the same. read more

Horrible car wash! Stay away! I ordered their top wash, the classic. My car came out dirtier than when it went in. My wheels were covered in a brown grease and the interior gauges had a greasy film over them. They did half ass job wiping down the car. I had to finish wiping the dirt from the roof rails and door sills. Bottom line, they will make the car wet for you, but leave the elbow grease to you. read more

I love these guys! Sunday special (which is usually when I'm in town) is $15 for total wash, hand dry etc. The interior work is free on Sunday! So I'm and out in about 20 minutes, all for $15 and a $10 tip. Score! read more

Classie is my car wash. I come here every other Sunday to get a full wash (interior and exterior). On Sunday's it is only $15 for the full package--great deal! With all the construction on the road, my dark car gets pretty dirty and every spec of dirk shows up. However, after a trip to classie, it looks brand new for rest of the day. The car wash quality is pretty basic, but the workers are always very nice the price can't be beat! You're not going to get the stuff that prevents dirt and dust from sticking on your car or a phenomenal wax job, but you'll walk away with a clean car. read more

After paying $29 for top of the line wash, I discovered that only 1/3 of the dash was wiped down, and not very well at that. I had asked for floor mats (rubber) to be washed and they were barely wiped off. The door jams were not touched after I asked and was told they would be.I could have gotten this good of a job at the drive through was for $9 and would not have felt the need to tip. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The ownership does not take responsibility for vehicle damage. They used the wrong chemical on my interior and it ate into my leather. I Immediately brought this to the owners attention within minutes of it happening and he claimed that there is nothing on the grounds that would do that to my car. The door was wet with the chemical, when it was wipe off my leather was damaged. I now need to pursue legal action to force the owner to do what is right. read more

seriously not sure about all the negative reviews on here, maybe "haters gonna hate?" Not sure, and I'm way too frat to care to figure it out. At any rate, they were super cool, I got my oil changed right next door and then got 3$ off the car wash. My car came out looking SUPER sharp, and I was AMAZED at how well the dude got my car mats cleaned. They are this super polymer-plastic and feel like a magnet for dirt, but your boy got them looking dope. The "drier" took his time, and was so chillax and you would think he was wiping down his own car. He didn't see me watching him, and he just took his time and was gentle as a baby. I was super impressed. My only concerns are: 1) It's a lil difficult to find the entrance, and it sneaks up on you. 2) The dude who takes the ticket and does the initial interview of what you want, well he accidentally wrote down I got a lesser package (honestly, NBD) So the lil lady at the counter actually noticed it, and told me to go tell the guy out front. I did, he was super cool about and apologized, blah blah blah, NBD. All in all, the place was fast, cleaned my impossible mats, and could tell they were just laid back and not "rushing" you. Horrible job! I am so disappointed in the car wash that I received. I was going to purchase the standard wash but the gentlemen upsold me the $20 package. He said that they would vacuum the inside and clean and wax the outside. After the wash my driver side mirror had fallen off and they hadn't even touched the trunk of my car. They only cleaned half of my windshield on the inside and I had to re-windex so I could see out of it. Just horrible! read more

Poor customer service. Went in today for a clean up and saw employees arguing who was gonna wipe down the car since they were small in staff. First, don't let your anger be seen by your customers it says alot about your business. Secondly, a greeting would be nice at least. Had to get out of my car and wipe down my own vehicle which I don't mind but if you're wiping down other cars don't make me wait extra 10 min, could of just told me to do it on my own. anyways, horrible customer service as you can tell by the pictures. Subpar....after I heard great things about them. They allow people to smoke in non smoking areas which forces non smokers to move around while employees carry conversation with the smoker. My car came out to be dried and the men in the drying area spent more time talking to each other while my car just sat there. When getting in my car the inner door area was untouched and I had water dripping from my mirrors. I'm on my way home now to go over my car now after paying for the highest level wash they offer. I can't remember having such a bad experience with a car wash. read more

I will never use them again. They want to charge me $2.00 extra on a $12.00 car wash because my new Ford Escape (same size as a Toyota RAV 4 or a Honda CR-V) is an "oversized" vehicle." There was a full size Caddy next to me, bigger than my car but that was treated as regular size. The reason? My car has 5 doors! Just a way to chisel a couple of extra bucks. I come to get a car wash and can't leave because I now have a flat on the front passenger side of my just rotated and checked, fairly new tires. And all the new owner keeps saying is we have had over 200 cars in here with no flats. Well I know my Chrysler van told him you are not God and you don't know where it happened at. He claims I had nail in it before like it couldn't have happened here. No nail just some kind a puncture hole that could have come from anything. All I know I was driving along fine with no issues until it goes through your car wash. In stead of being helpful he wants to make it clear it's not his fault. Meanwhile I am delayed as I await help. Then he sends one of the workers to ask if I would move my car and ruin my tire warranty or risk damaging it and my rim. I said no. I am so pissed. Last time for me. I was not offered an incident or claim form or refund and I had pre-tipped. read more
