Just like its name, it's a charming store with a wide variety of women's clothing, and home decor items, including farmhouse chic, beachy, and traditional. Staff are attentive and welcoming but not intrusive. The displays are enchanting, often renewed, and I love to visit just to relax and explore what they are selling. It's a tranquil place and I always find something special there. Their selection of artificial flowers are excellent quality and look amazingly real. I kept having to touch them to confirm they weren't! I learned that the staff will also create custom arrangements or wreaths by request. Their clothing is "boutique" style, and fairly priced. The staff was helpful without being intrusive and the prices on everything was VERY reasonable. Additionally, the items I bought today were on sale and they took the amount that was discounted and allowed me to pick a local charity which they donated that amount to. They've even received a plaque from the BCSO for their charitable work. Shopping for cute items and doing good for charities at the same time - it's a win/win.

Five of us women walked into the store & were greeted with only a cold stare by the two employees working. No smile, no hello, nothing. As the youngest of the group, I guess I wasn't dressed to their standards (modest sweater, jeans) because the entire time they watched my every move as if I were a juvenile delinquent & was going to steal something. As if there was anything in there worth stealing. Anytime I walked into a part of the store that wasn't visible by the front counter one of them followed behind me and just watched; only me & none of the other (older) women I was with. My mother & grandmother tried to ask questions and seek assistance with some clothing items & were rudely dismissed. Workers also didn't allow us to use our homeowners discount, despite showing proof. Highly discourage anyone from shopping here, I'd recommend trying Island Breeze or J. Huffman both in Sunset Beach and both are highly skilled in customer service and satisfaction.

Loretta and other staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and replaced the batteries while I waited. I went back a couple days later to pick up the watch that needed the capacitor. Josh did an amazing job getting my watches running and I will definitely go back. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in the door. I walked around looking at all the cases and still was not acknowledged. I saw some lovely pieces I was interested in. Waited for acknowledgment- I was acknowledged when I walked out the door. Too bad I could have dropped a couple thousand dollars. I guess I get to save my money! Such a disappointment. I was appropriately dressed and well groomed so I don't get it maybe it was my older age! Anyway would not recommend!
