If I could give zero stars I would. Karen altered my dress in a way we did not discuss and she…read morealtered the look of the dress. She "added" a flap to the back top of the dress around the neck & shoulders that wasn't there, then tried to tell me she did not. Even after I showed her the picture of the dress from Bloomingdale's website with no back flap. When I tried to discuss with her the best way to fix her "screw up" (I didn't use those words, I was very respectful), she told me she was going to do it the way she wanted to do it. When I told her I wasn't sure that was the best way to put the dress back to normal she told/yelled to me "just take it and leave then. I've already spent enough time with you and I've got 2 other dresses upstairs I'm working on. I already told you what I was willing to do and I don't have anymore time for you!" I was there for less than 20 minutes. She left more holes from pins and stitching in my dress from her sloppy work that I'll never be able to remove. And she still expected me to pay her in full. I paid her for hemming the dress but that's it. And frankly that was too much because she changed to style of the dress!!!! I really was hoping she was a good seamstress. She is horrible, overpriced, and rude is an understatement. I can't stress this enough. DO NOT USE KAREN AT SEW SASSY. She is "sassy" alright.
