I booked 15 days of cat care on her impersonal website, and when I checked back a day later, all of my requests had been accepted. Five days before my European travel, however, I got an email from Severine saying Snoopy's couldn't care for my cats because she had a problem with "the sitter." I guess there's only one, since I didn't request anyone in particular, and apparently she has no back-up. Severine was not at all sensitive to my situation. She did not offer to step in to care for my cats, and she left me in a total panic trying to find a trustworthy cat sitter five days before a two week trip. Totally unprofessional, or perhaps just evidence of a business that is on its last legs. Trust it at your peril.

Thought about it went and got my dog and brought her home I will take her to another place. It may be a good groomer, but with that kind of treatment at the front desk and they're not giving you specific times for appointments I did not feel easy, leaving my dog in their hands.
