We worked with Matt who spent a lot of time answering our questions and designing exactly what we wanted. We even went through several iterations of designs and choices in color to be completely happy, given that we were designing for two indecisive people for what seemed to be a tiny closet. Since we were out of state, Matt was very communicative by email and phone and met with us a couple times before starting the build. At the last second we threw in a request for a custom floating cabinet and were again happy with the design and the cost. When it came time to install, the men who came were very customer service oriented and polite and answered all our questions. Total install for both closet and floating cabinet took 1.5 days. From the initial call it took about 1.5 months to install . I'm very happy with that time because corona virus is slowing everything down . Their office manager was on top of everything . Called me to confirm and take the deposit . She also called me the day of to make sure I was feeling okay which was a nice touch . Ryan was the one who came out and kind of helped me out as to what is best for the projects i had in mind. Came prepared had samples of color etc. i'm very indecisive so must say very patient. I had our mudroom made, a mini library and 3 walk in closets. All just based on my idea/ couple pictures combined and personalized by Ryan. Since it was all custom, had to wait for 6wks for the materials to be ready to install. Once the installment appt is set, they actually came in time. They cleaned up after themselves and also polished everything that was built. I loved their product i asked for them to come back to built our entertainment shelves. I had an idea what i wanted and again, Ryan was able to pull it off. They make sure you are pleased with the work. And if you are not, they help you find ways to make things work. From start to finish this team listened and saw my vision of what I wanted exactly. I offered handout ideas and concepts & Wendi heard what I was wanting. Classy Closet had the selection of material option that matched perfectly with our home. Their price was not the cheapest but it was also not the highest. What impressed me most was that they listened to what the customer wanted and delivered. Jose & Scott arrived in a timely manner, worked consistently & diligently! They were very respectful of our property & safety. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. From start to finish they were conscious of clean-up and did an outstanding job beyond what I was expecting! The company support of prepping the product pieces were of quality for the price & accurate in assembly. Which quite honestly amazed me since there were so many pieces. TL;DR: Classy Closets is awesome! I have been very impressed with Classy Closets from the very beginning. It was easy to schedule a consultation, and when Sherry came over, she was very professional and thorough. She also made some suggestions that I hadn't thought of, which ended up being better than what I had originally imagined. I had quite a bit of traveling planned this summer, but Debbie was very accommodating with the scheduling. When Edward came out to do the install, I was very impressed with his professionalism and how he cleaned up afterwards (used an orange-scented cleaner to wipe down all surfaces of the installed closets and then vacuumed each room he worked in also!). All in all, I couldn't be happier with my new closets (hooray for organization and more space!) and will definitely be using Classy Closets again when I do any closet/cabinet projects in the future. p.s. I had gotten quotes from two other companies (well, tried to) and the first one didn't even show me any samples and didn't try to understand how I would be using the closets to make any suggestions of their own, while the second one wouldn't send anyone out to do a consultation and said that I would have to do the measurements and come in to their office to look at samples. read more

Denver CO - I have used Classy Closets in the last two homes I have owned. They did a great job for me. So of course I called them for my closets in my new home under construction. The design person came to the house and took measurements of all my closets. She said she was busy and would get me design layouts and prices within a week and a half. Three weeks later I contacted the main office - they were going to reach out to her and get back to me. Two weeks after that I reached out again - I've never heard back from them at all - not even to apologize for a flaky employee who must have quit? Top-notch sales experience. Rep came out, was on time, & listened to exactly what we wanted. She then got back to us quickly with her design rendering of our wants/needs & gave us some options. We customized the product for those needs & pulled the trigger on a buy. Communication running up to the sales visit & prior to the install appointment was outstanding. On-time, friendly & careful crew installed our laundry/overflow kitchen cabinetry which was complete with a counter space that they were able to recreate with material that was a 99% match to our kitchen granite, at a fraction of the price (which is what we wanted for this application). The installers took great time adjusting all the drawers to ensure everything was operating as it should. We appreciated that! There was a couple of small spots in the install we felt needed attention that ultimately generated a return visit / fix. We need to be clear that Classy connected with what we brought up and pretty much didn't give us a choice, they WERE coming out as 100% customer satisfaction is what they're about. After a quick 15-20min 2nd visit we had 100% perfect cabinetry (& it is AWESOME). The other thing I'll mention is there's a bit of a backlog from time you order to the install day (at least there was for us)..... in the end it was well worth the wait though. Would recommend these folks 100 times over. In a world that is Vegas crappy service, these guys are the aberration..... refreshing! read more

Where do I start? We had a new build and I started the conversation with Janette 4 months ago to get ahead of any delays due to COVID. I'm particular so there was a lot of going back and forth with the design, but Janette was incredibly patient with me. She LISTENS to what you want, your concerns, communicates any concerns she may have and designs accordingly. What made me ultimately choose Classy Closets? Overall experience was amazing - I had other companies completely ghost me after initial designs started and a very highly rated company we thought we were going to hire just didn't get/nor listen to what I wanted even when I drew it out for them and was just awful to work with. We met with the owner/head designer which helped us feel like we were in good hands, but then were passed on to a different designer who didn't read any notes from our consultation and just didn't seem to care.
