I had the great luck and privilege to work with the wonderful Marlise. I had a very tiny closet I needed to maximize as I was downsizing (the pictures look larger than in reality). I had so much anxiety over how I was going to get most of my things in there. For me, cost was the most important thing and Marlise really heard me and worked with my budget. Another company quoted me at least twice of what I ended paying with Classy Closets and I got more (valet rod and hooks). I moved into a new build and she was so awesome as they delayed construction 5 times! What I really appreciated about Marlise was her professionalism and kindness. I wanted to do too much to that little space and she would explained why it was not a good idea - and she was right. My way is not always the best way, so I really appreciate working with people who really know their stuff. She was easy to get a hold of and she spends the time you need to get your project done to your satisfaction. We had many questions, wanted certain things customized, etc. and she assisted us quickly every time. She was never pushy or salesy which is very important to me. If there were 10 stars to give I would! I interviewed 3 closet companies in the beginning, Classy Closets wasn't one of them. After days of working on the design, I opted for a company that ASSURED me they could create a boutique-style dressing room. The goal was aesthetics first, functionality second. The emphasis was on lighting to illuminate the whole closet especially the shelving. 2 months later, the big day came for the install. The installer said they could put it in except for the lights!! He offered to knock 50% off. WHAT?!!!! I canceled the job and started over with Hannah from C.C. Hannah totally understood what I wanted. 6 weeks later the crew showed up...and behold..the most beautiful closet (in my opinion). The two installers were sticklers for perfection. Long after I was happy with the finished product, they were still polishing it and doing little things here and there. Watch out for those closet companies that have full front-page ads in the mailers. So much time as wasted and lost. The good news is they did fully refund my money. I have waited 15 years to have this done, and it was so worth it! read more

We recently wanted to put in closet organization in a number of rooms for our new home. Classy closets was able to provide us with a great quote and we had a wonderful experience working with Tui, our designer. She is extremely creative and knowledgeable... she listens to the customer needs and works tirelessly to maximize efficiency without compromising on esthetics. We planned well ahead and placed the order 6weeks in advance to moving in as the new home did not have rods in the closet. We got a call confirming installation for the agreed upon date and the installation team worked non stop as ours was a large job with a lot of projects installed on the same day. We were very happy with most of the projects after installation. However, after installation we noticed that the handles on projects in 2rooms were a completely different style from what we ordered. We also noticed that we needed to tweak our media cabinet doors design to have a screen instead of a solid door. ( something we didn't notice - not Tui's fault). Tui sent us updated contracts to sign right away and apologized for the wrong handles that were installed and said the correct ones would be installed when the new doors arrive. Fast forward two weeks and I get a call from the schedulers once again to confirm the appointment to install the new mesh screen doors and handles. But the installers showed up without ANY handles. When I called their offices, I get to know, that the handles in question are out of stock and have to be ordered! The earliest they would come was in a week. I had to follow up with Tui and she was promptly able to get us on the delivery schedule for installation of handles the very next day. Though it was extremely disappointing to see what started out as an excellent and fruitful collaboration fizz out into poor communication, Tui was a rockstar in making sure we were satisfied. read more

Let me get right to the point. I am OVER THE TOP THRILLED with our new closets. I recommend without hesitation Classy Closets for any closet or built-in design project. For 13 years we lived with closets as built by builder. I always wanted something custom but thought our closet spaces were way too small. Well, during co-vid several of our neighbors re-modeled their homes. They re-did their closets. Closets are beautiful! They raved about Classy Closets so we decided to give them a call. Well we got a call back that afternoon. Kate come out. She looked at our spaces, poked around a lot, took detailed measurements , sat down with us for 2 hours and asked a TON of questions. She explained they were swamped with people like us who were doing co-vid projects, said give her two weeks and she would get us a design and estimate. She must have spent hours and hours because we were bowled over with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness. She knows her business, is a pro and thankfully is not shy about offering up suggestions based on her years of doing this. She gently told my husband trust her, his pants should be on the bottom rod, and shirts on top. He said been hanging his clothes same way for 65 years!! She made his rods adjustable to give him the option, and guess what, she was right, he's now hanging pants on bottom. We were so impressed with her and our neighbors' endorsements , the price was reasonable; we didn't get other bids and just went with Classy Closets. I could go on and on about Kate, the design, the design process, the quality, he workers that demolished the existing closets and were immaculate in their clean up, the scheduling and confirmations and office support and Kate follow up and how the workers showed up on THE DOT and went over and above to please. (I don't understand the negative comment below. Friends worked with Miriam and had nothing but good things to say.) read more

She really took her time to get to know me and my husband when she came out to do the initial measurements, making sure that our renovated Closets we're going to fit our lifestyles. Highly recommend Classy Closets. 7 years ago we had a competitor (California Closets) do the primary bedroom. Logically we went back to them when we wanted to do the kid's closets and pantry. Well California Closets has changed for the worse. During the consultation with California Closets there were ethically boundaries crossed and even CSLB laws violated. I went searching and heard great things about Classy Closets on NextDoor. I contacted them and they sent out Danny. Right away I knew I found the right place. Danny's design was better. The prices are better, I was offered more options AND, they include removing and hauling away the old closet stuff. I had great communication from the scheduling team. On the day of the install Francisco and Jose arrived early. They put down protective mats and got right to work. Lucky for me, another crew finished a job early so they came to help. I had four guys working in sync to get my closets installed quickly. Then they walked me through the job so I could approve. The quality of materials was great and I was treated well. First off, I'm a really detail orientated person. And I'm hard to impress (I've heard this numerous times) I'm really impressed with Classy Closets. I had interviewed 3 closet companies and Miriam was the best IMO; she is personable, listens to your needs, provides professional advice, prompt, and responsive. Installation was seamless. The installers were professional and friendly. They brought extra tarp to protect my floors. Now for what really impressed me (the above is what I would expect from any good company), I ordered shaker closets and drawers. The drawers DID NOT come in shaker. They are back-ordered due to the pandemic. BUT CC installed the best match for my wardrobe anyway so I wouldn't be drawer-less. ANOTHER thing, one of the closet door came with a small chip. CC agreed to fix it when the shaker drawers arrive. AND they won't charge the remaining balance until these 2 small issues are rectified! Miriam is really good about returning phone calls/texts and emails. I recommended her to my realtor. I wouldn't do that if I didn't have confidence in a company.
