I did leave a review. Now I'm here with an update on my pedicure. First of all the purpose of me coming in was due to pressure around my foot and I knew I had an ingrown hair or something. I told the lady that I did and she told me she got everything out which she did not ! This is like two weeks ago on a Saturday and I finally got the remaining of it out at 1:30 am in the risings because my toe was KILLING ME STILL. Don't go here if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. I recently went in for a pedicure, my feet were badly in need so I was aware they needed callus remover, filed, and cuticles worked on. I was willing to pay and tip well. I sat down and was immediately put off when the technician scoffed at the color I chose. When she started with the callus remover she kept making faces and showing me and another technician how much was coming off. I felt humiliated. Not to mention the fact she rushed the entire service, and left my big toe looking uneven like it hadn't been filed at all. I've never not left a tip for a beauty service before but considering the fact that this person nearly made me cry and barely provided the full service, I didn't feel moved to provide anything extra. read more

Really nice customer service from owner but service from employees is a bit rushed.. on both my pedicures that i payed for polish was left between nail beds, dead skin/cuticle not properly removed, and when i asked to fix something on my toes she rushed it and only did two out of my 10 toes.. not really satisfied with how they came out.. read more

honestly i usually go there and not one to write a review but they hurt me bad the last time i went to get a pedicure she cut the side of my toe nail and didn't even apologize b/c she made my toe bleed and even til this day it hurts, i go to the gym constantly and the fact that i had to cut it short bc of how painful my toe was because of what she did to me is absurd and in all honesty yes it was my fault i didn't speak up but just crazy i paid almost 90$ for them to hurt me and honestly felt rushed and so i couldn't even relax while getting the massage they do. honestly super disappointed b/c this is my normal spot but now I'm going to have to find a new place thats how bad it was. :( read more

It's crazy to me just for eyebrows is $16! I've never paid anything over $10 just to get my eyebrows wax. Although my eyebrows came out reallyyy good and I liked how they come out to be just the cost of it it's insane idk maybe it's just me. read more

Extremely disappointing. It was my birthday and I wanted a pedicure. The lady who did my toes would not stop digging and cutting away at my cuticles. I had to demand she stop as she made me bleed twice on both big toes! Now my toe is swollen and probably infected. Everyone else got to enjoy a nice relaxing pedicure meanwhile I'm bleeding and in pain. Not to mention they had a summer special they were doing with flowers and a candle. Well the lady next to me got this special and the candle lit the flowers on fire. None of the staff knew what to do and it took them some time to finally throw the burning flowers into a foot bath. That left the whole salon smelling like smoke. Overall horrible experience. There was no manager on staff that day. So any kind of compensation was unavailable. read more

Russian manicure by Miko was amazing. I've been 4 x and the experience is always great. The salon is in a great part of Danville and easy parking. The salon itself has cute decor, comfy chairs and is very clean. Miko always does great with the ideas or inspo I bring. My manicures last 3-4 weeks and I always love the outcome. read more

Went a few weeks ago for a Pedicure. I asked the technician working on me to look a my baby toe. She said it looks fine and did not work on it at all. Then the owner went to whispered something into the two other technicians ear's (that were working on each side of me) but not the technician that was working on me. We are not in school Ms. Owner you are running a business and be a professional owner/person. I have been coming here on and off for years. It was at one time so busy it could take over an hour to get worked on. Now it is almost empty not sure way. The same day I was there a mother and her daughter came in after me. There was a male technician that was providing service to the mother. He went out of his way to offer a special coffee or tea to her. This male technician was nothing but a someone that wanted more than do a pedicure. I hope the mother went home and told her husband what a Horn Dog this technician was. read more

When another customer who was next sitting next to me getting the exact same service ask her did the prices go up, the lady who did my service just smiled and said no, that's Our prices. I never review businesses because I always like to give them the benefit of the doubt..... but I went to get a Gel Manicure today because I wasn't feeling very well, and it was the WORST manicure I've ever received! The nail tech didn't say anything to me, she just grabbed my hand and started, she didn't make me wash my hands the entire time she did my nails so there is nail dust until my polish, she didn't paint the ends of my nails, so the tops look like they are already chipping. And then she asked me if I wanted a top coat over the polish.... I didn't know I had to ask for my nails to be "finished" with a top coat.... And apparently the nail polish is old because they are bubbling up already, 45 minutes later. I will NEVER GO BACK! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! read more

Very rare I post negative reviews but this one is deserving. Met with a friend for breakfast and we decided to get a pedicure afterwards. I got a guy named Ryan. While sitting at my chair, the chair started leaking water. It got all over the floor and my shoes. He stopped to fix the chair...digging at the drain, chair, and then cleaning up the floors. He then wanted to continue with my feet. I kindly asked if he could please wash his hands before doing so. Thankfully one of the other nail techs started to tell him he should be washing his hands so I don't get an infection. He got up and did so but then came back and scraped the hell out of my feet with the heel file. He wasn't even rubbing my heels so much... more the sides of my feet. Then placed my feet once again in the foot basin where the protective plastic cover was coming undone. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure. I couldn't wait to leave. I made sure to let the lady at the front desk know of my experience when I was paying but she didn't care. Charged me full price regardless. read more

DON'T get your nails taken off here. All they do is drill them til your natural nails are so then they bend backwards. Now mine are splitting vertically and bleeding. read more

We went for our pedicures and chose which pedicure we wanted from the list of options. The one we chose was $51. I asked about callous removal because it didn't state the pedi we chose had callous removal. I used to do nails and callous removal was always an included part of a pedi. I was told it was $5 extra. Ok I opted for it. When I got my ticket to pay. They said the pedi I chose was $56. Plus $6 callous removal and $10 to take off the gel polish (which they had put on last visit a month before). I was charged $72 for a $51 pedi. I did opt for the callous removal and they did change it from the $6 on the bill to $5. All this nickel and dime stuff sure takes the fun out of having a pedi day. It took him 3 minutes to take off my polish and charged me $10 for that! Thats crazy. I wish my husband made $10 for 3 minutes work. Super disappointed. They have priced me out. It seems they haven't been very busy so maybe I'm not the only one who doesn't like all these add on fees I'd rate the actual pedi a 3 And the experience a 1 read more

I went there today for a pedicure. I've been before and they have been ok. Today I got a girl I have never seen before. To start as soon as I got there she asked me to put my feet in the water and it was extremely hot! Burnt my feet bad! She added some cold water then asked if it was ok. It was still steaming hot! Once it finally cooled down I could put my feet in. She started working on them and was VERY rough! I said ouch loudly multiple times. Then at one point started digging in the side of my toe and it hurt so bad I asked her to please stop! That hurts and no one has ever done that before when I've gotten a pedicure. I was with a friend who was getting the exact same one as me. Had to have gel removed on a a couple toes and mine was $61 and hers was $55. We both got and had the exact same thing. Why was mine more??! My toe still hurts hours later from her digging. It was not a relaxing pedicure at all. Very disappointed. read more

My best friend & I came for two pedicures. We got sat immediately but waited about 30 minutes in the chairs until we got serviced. My friend & I got the same pedicure but her lady took her time and did a really good job with it because she was not in a rush and went through all the steps. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she rushed through my entire pedicure to hurry up and do another persons nails. I paid for the refreshing pedicure that costed me $45 and my feet were still rough because they were barely scrubbed and the sides of my nails are swollen because the lady took off live skin while cutting my cuticles, it was painful but did not say anything because she was already in a rush and had an attitude. I've been going here for many many many years, but it seems over the past couple years they have been over pricing customers got rid of a lot of their amazing Nail Tech's. I have gotten my nails they're done a couple times and they fall off within 3 to 4 days. I had made an appointment for 5:00 pm. They took someone who had an appointment at 5:30 and didn't get me in until 6:00 pm. I understand that you have to wait a bit sometimes. But when I nicely asked the girl at the front desk why they took the other (later appointment) before me, she was very rude and dismissive. That's why I will never go back. I had been a costumer there for a few years but I won't stand for rudeness. There are far too many great nail salons out there to go to one where you are not appreciated and are dismissed.
