My nails came out perfect, exactly how I wanted them thanks to Nikki--who spared no expense to make the length, shape, and paint flawless and ultimately that clean girl aesthetic. She was meticulous, efficient, and super easy to talk to throughout. I am already looking forward to booking an appointment requesting her next time. :) To add to all this, I was Nikki's last client for the day, and even the last customer in the shop past closing. (I called in the afternoon managed to squeeze in a same day appointment for a gel manicure at 6pm.) I came in right at 6 and waited a few minutes as they finished up another customer, but no biggie. I was still out around 7ish. All worth it because throughout my appointment, Nikki was quick yet gentle, as she removed my previous gel and did my new nails perfectly and efficiently. I appreciated this so much, Nikki made sure I liked the shape, the color, and that I left loving my nails even at the end of her day, when she'd reasonably be tired or ready to get home. I have been around several of the other nail salons in the area, i.e. La Vie, Princess Nails, Ken Nails, Lotus Beauty Salon... which have all been misses either due to various reasons like the quality of the nail work or just how long the appointments would take for a simple gel manicure. I think Classy and Nikki will be my go-to's from now on! :) As for the location itself, you'll find it between the liquor store and gas station. There isn't a bunch of parking, but I've never had an issue. Ask for the Wi-Fi password, because cell service was spotty for me. The salon is not a luxurious spot, you'll probably just want to be in and out, but they have been super efficient (it was my second time there), the ladies have all been super nice, fast, and they are priced well. read more

Great, skillful and friendly nail technicians. Very accommodating and a relaxing place. They used disposable liners, filer, buffer, sterilized tools and clean towels. The ladies are very friendly and professional. I always request for Angela. She took her time and did very good quality nails work for me all the time. They charge $80 for both fill on nails and regular pedicure. They also have great selection of matching colors to choose from. The salon is small but cozy. Please make sure to call and make appointment so you don't have to wait too long. They are on point when it comes to the appointment time. I basically never do anything for myself and when I do it's always a last minute decision. I called Classy Nails and asked to see if they might be able to take me for a mani/pedi yesterday and they had no problem scheduling me in. I scheduled an appointment and even mentioned my flexibility for timing. However, when I arrived, I had to wait for over 20 minutes, and I wasn't the only one with a scheduled appointment enduring such a delay. I would have been willing to reschedule for a different time, but there seemed to be a lack of empathy or consideration for those waiting. During my pedicure, I expected a bit more water in the bucket for my feet, but I realized everyone's water was quite shallow. I ended up feeling cold as I was near the door, and my feet barely had enough water to be comfortable. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience, and I won't be returning. I'm very very picky when it comes to my nails, I've tried at least 10 different nail salons around San Ramon and Dublin, the BEST around town is Classy Nails. Hands down. Anna and Nikki is amazing. Most of the time when I schedule an appointment, I go in at my appointment time I get seated right away with service, unlike other nail salons they over book you and when you show up at your appointment time you are still waiting another 20 minutes. Anna and Nikki is very efficient, you don't feel rushed and they don't hustle you like other nail salons trying to charge an additional $5 for ingrown removal or cuticle removal. I wish, I could give them zero stars. I came there at 6:20pm and they made me sit till 6:35 pm. Even after that I couldn't do the design on my nails even though I am ready to pay. Angela was amazing! I went to get my nails done for a concert I'm going to. I wanted my nail design to be inspired by the artist's latest album and logo. This was my first time getting any sort of nail design. I showed Angela my pictures and we discussed ideas. One of the designs is particularly complicated so I told her to simplify it and just make a crown. Angela went out of her way to add more details by suggesting ways to incorporate aspects from the logo! I was really happy with her dedication to give me the best experience and as well as precision in her work. Her gel manicure was also very good and she ensured to do a very clean job. I'm someone who finds it difficult to make conversations during a service but Angela was easy to talk to and I appreciated that as well :) Would definitely recommend the salon and Angela! read more

I've been to a few nail salons in the San Ramon/Danville area and I have to say that I am so impressed with this salon. Other places are far more expensive that just feel overbooked and unwelcoming. This place is so friendly and I feel like they really do a great job. I feel like they care about the final look of your nails, but they also care about the health and long term outlook of your nails. It's not the fanciest looking place, but I will keep coming back here because of how talented and nice everyone is. read more

Classy nails sits between a gas station and liquor store. This inside could use a refresh. It just feels dingy. Everyone is very nice and they had a healthy stream of customers. I came in because I needed a pedicure before a last minute trip.The lady who did my pedicure did a decent job. The polish was nicely applied but one of my pet peeves happened. Updated review since covid-19 I've been a loyal customer for several years now & when they finally reopened again, I knew I had to get my nails done! They have gone above & beyond to make sure all clients are kept safe. They have dividers between themselves & clients, wear face shields AND masks as well as gloves. At no point was I at all concerned about my safety. While it isn't exactly the same experience as before, it is very close!! I felt like I was able to still relax and be pampered. I have been going to Classy Nail Spa since May of 2021 when I went in to get my nails done for my wedding. The wonderful artist that helped me for my wedding nails did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with them. That was my first time getting acrylic nails, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am so happy that I went for it and turned out so beautiful! She did a simple nude/pink tone and shaped my nails to be a soft square. After seeing my ring, she added a subtle gold sparkle/shimmer that looked so good in my wedding photos. Since then, I have become a regular for almost two and a half years now and I don't plan on changing! My nail artist is Anna, who does the most amazing designs and puts up with all of my random Pinterest inspo photos lol. I went to get my nails done acrylic with gel on top about a month ago. I went with one of my friends with appointment for two people. We ended up having one person do both of our nails switching back and forth. It took about 3-4 hours. Our nail technician kept making mistakes over and over so we had to keep reminding her. She also charged me $5 extra for a coffin nail shape that I did not know of. Normal nail salons don't charge for nail shape. It was kind of messy because I had gel on my cuticle and my finger. But I think she tried her best. One month later my nails are growing out so I'm going back to get them removed soon. Anna is the best so I think when I go back I'll just make an appointment with her. Other people were in and every time the phone rang someone doing nails had to leave their customer to pick it up. Also someone with an appointment had to wait a pretty long time as all the technicians were busy. Anna is the only one that can do design. While taken off, cut my nail very short and broke one towards my finger so vertically. Definitely overbook, I recommend coming for Anna. They reuse tools and don't think they have AC so the door is open. read more

Absolutely impressed! Hands down (pun intended) best manicure I've ever had! Nancy was meticulous. Love how thorough she was. My nail shape was perfect. She was very careful with cutting my cuticles and took her time painting. To add, the hot towel and hot stone massage was an amazing, comforting touch.
