Update 4/19/26: After my previous experience, the owner personally reached out to me, responded quickly and professionally, and offered to have my nails redone. I really appreciated that level of accountability, so I decided to come back and give this place another try and I'm so glad I did. This time, I specifically asked for a different tech, and the experience was completely different. Holly was the main person who worked with me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out and was more than willing to fix even the smallest detail before I left. I've been here multiple times, and often recommend to friends and family. I'm always happy with the service I receive. Today I had Holly do my pedicure, and she is both thorough and friendly. I also had to change my appointment time due to a conflict with kid activities, and I got a timely response via text accommodating my request. I'd say the only thing to be aware of here is that they don't have massage chairs or spa style foot baths - I prefer the simple tubs they use because they're easy to keep clean and easy for my mom to lift her feet into, but this might not be for everyone. I always pass by here since I go to Safeway. I decided to check it out this time. - Reservations encouraged. They accept walk ins but will tell you if they are full and not accepting walk in. I booked an afternoon appointment and no issues. - choose your colors by looking at the books. I tend to go towards the same cooor without trying (lol). - for May-June, they offer a scrub of your scent choice with a regular mani-pedi. I chose Jasmine. Not overly scented and my legs/arms are shiny. Overall - Great job for both. I was impressed with the service and results. Will consider again in the future. read more

Never again. 1st I made an appointment for me and my daughter, was asked to pay a $180 deposit, which was really just me pre-paying full cost for Gel X nails AND was either a precautionary measure or a way for them to keep your money. 2nd They only offer 2 shapes for Gel X. Oval short & Almond short or medium, neither of which I wanted BUT I had already prepaid, no refunds, so no choice. My nails are horrible. Not only are they ugly, the nail tech put 4 nails on crooked. She had to soak them off to redo them. One is still slightly crooked but I was annoyed and ready to leave. 3rd the nail techs are very polite. With that being said, this just isn't the nail spot for me. I don't know why my review was removed. However I will definitely come back to ensure my one star is up here. 1. I called in at 3pm on 07/01/25 to make an appointment for my mom to come in. I scheduled to come in at 3:30pm 07/01/25. While speaking with the front desk staff I was sure to ask was it busy because my mom is disabled and unable to walk on her own. It's a lot of work for me. I was told it was a really slow day and we would be fine. I informed staff my mom had on acrylic gel overlay on her nails and gel on her toes that needed removing. I was told that would be fine. I was given the price for removal over the phone. We arrived at 3:30pm. We were seated and waited about 10-15 mins before we were approached by the nail tech. The nail tech refused to do my mom's nails.She stated it would take too long. Her nose was so high in the air. After driving and waiting my mom's service was refused. They said they could provide the pedicure service for my daughter. I didn't want to see my daughter unhappy and allowed them to perform the 10 minute pedicure. The front desk receptionist tried to stiff my baby out of her service. We repeated the nail color and style 6 times and when it was time for her pedicure tried to perform only what they wanted. The nail tech and receptionist had a slight exchange due to the receptionist lack of care to the job and the nail tech having to start over to do it the way we asked 6 times. They began taking walk ins in front of us while my daughter was receiving her pedicure. I heard customers ask "are you taking walk ins?" Each customer was told yes. All of those walk ins were seen and not my mom. We wouldn't have wasted our time coming here had we known they only want to cater to easy jobs or certain individuals. We found another nail salon that provided the services and catered to my daughter. Wished we had have gotten my daughter's service there instead of Beau and Bella. read more

Went in today and had the pleasure of getting Phoung to work on my nails. She took amazing care of me! I had gel taken off my nails earlier in the week and that nail tech did not do a good job. Phoung came in and saved my nails as they were breaking. Also the staff at the front desk was super nice about squeezing me in and had empathy for my situation. I got a classic pedicure down by Lilly and loved the actual pedicure. She's so sweet and she did a great job. The receptionist on the other hand.. major attitude! I'm not sure whose responsibility it would've been to tell me this (Lilly's or the receptionist's) but I was charged $13 for the gel polish removal. I am completely fine with paying that, just as long as I'm notified beforehand. However, no one told me beforehand. I walked up to the register and the receptionist said "it'll be $13 for the gel removal" and I said "oh I didn't know I would be charged for that". I don't remember what she said but she gave me attitude so I just told myself to keep quiet and not cause a scene. As I was about to leave I said, politely, "hey you should let your customers know beforehand if there's going to be an added charge" and she gave me a smirk and then didn't bother saying "bye" as I left. What a charming space! The ambience is peaceful and relaxing. Perhaps the wall color and the decor has something to do with it. I LOVE how clean it is kept especially when everything is all WHITE around. I have been here before and after the change of management. The space felt familiar yet distinct! The minute I spotted Francois L talking to every single customer- I knew why this space felt so familiar! (Jeanie - you are such a STAR) The staff is very courteous, respectful and friendly. They try to make sure the customers are comfortable and relaxed. They do not rush you. Gentle voices and soft spoken words add to making me feel relaxed enough to get a little shut-eye. It is a favorite with the little ones at ours because the staff is extra patient, tend to their little discomforts and are pleasant with them. The monthly specials with the mani pedis are my favorite go to so far. The aromas, the hot towel rub, the scrub and my favorite the paraffin dip elevate the self care experience. Facials and massage are on my list next. You can always text them to check on their availabilities if you are pressed for time. The ladies at the front desk are nice & gracious . Sometimes I would've booked an appointment for myself and end up with a couple of little customers who insist on going ; the ladies at the front desk are very gracious to squeeze them in if they can. The Spa used to have a high schooler at the front desk up until June- very sweet & patient for someone her age. What a nice place in the nearby shopping center! From the outside you can't see inside so you don't realize how nice it is till you go inside. I was impressed all around with Beau & Bella. Booking by text was easy and they got me in the next day for a mani/pedi with an extra 30 min massage. I was greeted by friendly and warm staff. I've been coming to Beau & Bella for classic pedicures with Lily for the past couple of years. The salon is always clean & bright and all of the employees are friendly and professional. It's very easy to schedule appointments and there's plenty of parking in the shopping center. The CND or OPI polishes and Gel that they use are gentle on my natural nails, the salon is super private (one on one), and overall, a positive and relaxing, not rushed, and comfortable environment.
