Spruce Pine is a hidden gem in the North Carolina High Country and so is Blue Ridge Tacos. Great salsa bar with eight different varities . . . many of them are "El Scorcho" (hot). The cook came out to my table TWICE to ask me how I wanted my vegan tacos prepared . . . that's what I call service. The young girl serving didn't speak English well, when asked a question, she had to get another lady to answer.
