I've always loved the claw machines in the arcades but was never really good at it. I remember spending $50 once and only getting one prize. It was so fun to go to this store where they solely had claw machines and it was very affordable compared to other places. In general, it is about $1 per token (one play) and depending on how much you spend, you could get bonus tokens. In my instance, I spent $30 and got 5 extra tokens and a cute capybara plushie. The store is located in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking and plenty of places to eat afterwards. The games are so fun and the plushies are so cute and unique. The staff was super friendly and would help you reposition the toys to make it easier to win if you were having trouble. My niece and nephew were not shy about asking for help. You can also trade up to bigger prizes. I didn't win as many as most people I saw in the store but was happy to win 5 plushies with my $30. I would definitely come back!

Still an amazing fun place! Nice workers and willing to help move things around if asked. My kids and I really enjoy coming here. Worth it!

Stumbled upon this place, during our grocery/ boba run. Always fun having a claw machine place. We went in the ininquire about the price. We did the minimum of $10 for 10 tokens. It is 1 token per attempt in the machines. We were lucky and was able to grab 4 prizes (All pokemon) They do have bigger prizes in which you can trade in your winning from the claw machine. We saw a couple prizes behing the counter where you trade-in 6+ of the winning. They did have bigger prizes that was 12+ trade-ins. We wanted to get boba and then play some claw games. But we saw the sign saying no food or drinks allowed. Which is fully understable. Friendly staff. Answered all my inquires. Would recommend this place. Goodluck!

It's been awhile since I've been to this mall. I was surprised to see a claw machine store! I was skeptical of going in cause I never win anything from claw machines. I decided to see what toys they had to offer. What caught my attention was the one single Sulley in a machine. I decided to give it a try since it only costed $1 per play! To my surprise, I was able to get it after a few tries! I highly recommend coming here! They have a wide variety of machines with good quality plushies! Not to mention, the staff were very friendly! Big thanks to the staff for such a great experience!

I was in the Pacific East mall grabbing lunch and running some errands with my son when we saw Claw Crushers. They're in the middle of a soft launch right now, so we came by to check out the business. We stood around and watched other players for a while. I'm always skeptical of claw games, but the win rates here were very reasonable (from my brief observation once every 4-5 tries). It didn't seem like the claws were blatantly opening up on a random basis like I've seen at other locations. Spoke to the person running the store and he's a very friendly person. Seems to genuinely want everyone to have a good experience there. We bought $10 in coins and were able to win an Eevee and a Charmander with the help of the manager. We were terrible (completely missing the mark the first few times). The manager saw this as he lets us play a few times on the house. That really turned around my son's day since he wanted the Charmander and it was tough to get due to the shape of his head (had to knock him over and grab him from the side). The stuffed toys look pretty good and are nice and soft - something that you actually want to win. The store is brand new, so everything is nice and clean and the machines work great. If I could change one thing, I think I would have slightly fewer machines and have two different toys per machine. Since most of the machines are right next to each other, you can't really get a good side view of the claw. We had a great time and this experience turned me from a claw machine avoider into someone who will definitely check them out in the future.

Loved playing the claw machines here! We won 4 dolls (3 hello kitty and a toucan) and a super cute my melody keychain :D the person in the store was really nice, and we loved that we could win so many toys for $25!

WINNINGS!!! I am SO OBSESSED with this place! I LOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!?!?!?! If you love claw machines, STOP going anywhere else. This is officially the best claw machine arcade in the Bay Area, located right inside the Pacific East Mall (Richmond) near 99 Ranch. Unlike other "rigged" arcades, this mom-and-pop shop is actually fair and fun. You can actually WIN! I love bringing my kids here because everybody is in a better mood after visiting. Since they are located inside the Pacific East Mall, I can also go here rain or shine because let's be honest...the weather has been cold and cruddy lately...and I can get my weekly grocery shopping done as well. Win-win! (Btw, indoor malls with easy parking are awesome. Outdoor malls are overrated! Don't even try to argue with me when it comes to needing an easily accessible, stable environment for people of all ages. Just wish this mall had a bigger selection of stores to browse and choose from. Fill those empty spaces up! C'mon and liven up this mall again! This mama only got limited time and would love to do a one stop shop, doing all the things that I gotta do!) They have different plushies all the time including the nicest Pokémon plushies I've ever seen--WAY BETTER than any other claw machine shops in the Bay Area. They even have pokemons that are beyond the usual Pikachus! Lots of pokemon finds to get obsessed about over here. If you aren't into pokemon, no worries. They got Sanrio, capybaras, anime, cartoon and other cute plushie series too. Personally, I find the Jellycat-like happy fruit, veggies and other foodie related plushies adorable and super cute. They rotate their stuff often too so my advice is check it out as often as you can and if you see something you really like then just go for it cuz it may not be there the next time. There has been a handful of times where I totally missed out. UGH! :T TLDR: rarely do I find a plushie or pendant I don't like here. The quality and selection is on point! Kudos to this business for not having cheap and crappy-looking plushies like *ahem* other claw machine arcades! Btw, don't even bother with the Kiddleton machines at Le Dessert Lab or the other claw machines scattered throughout the mall - I rarely win anything at those machines and it is evident I am not the only one. Don't fall for it. I guess you can always use those other machines to teach disappointment to your kids but I rather save that lesson for another day. My time is precious! I have zero desire to visit D&B, Round1 or other claw machines after coming here -- but this place I totally don't mind visiting on a regular basis. I don't need to waste gas or time by driving elsewhere to make my kids happy. I just take them to Claw Crushers and it is simple as that. Buy some tokens for the kids and they will be entertained for quite awhile. LOL. Makes me feel great as a tired mom cuz I never know where to take them while keeping it all safe and affordable. D&B and Round1 are both just way too far, expensive and not really child-friendly IMO plus there are way better prizes here. I don't know if they do this but I would totally organize a small birthday party or whatever event here. This is a parenting hack I wish others told me! :P This place is the better, smaller claw arcade than even the ones in Vegas (minus the crazy airfare and ridiculous hotel prices!) or even Japan (those claws are hella difficult and no way I am gonna take on a 10+ hour flight with kiddos!). I LOVE being able to upgrade and trade up for bigger and better prizes that I can easily lug back home. Tip: I don't always have space for all the regular plushies but we still love to play so we bank the winnings or upgrade. It is such a nice way for the kids to constantly have fun and be engaged while still getting a pretty awesome prize at the end! It adds up! Everything is just soooooo darn cute and soft!!! It's sooooo FLUFFY!!! :D This is such a fun and happy place. It has become my therapy. I don't know how to describe it. It is just magical. Maybe it is the nostalgia - a simple, happy, cool and fun place that is stimulating enough but not too much. I feel like I can be a kid again here. Pure simple joy. It's a comfort I desperately need during these crazy times in this mad, mad world. If I was still in the dating game, I would totally want my date/SO to show off their skills and impress me here by winning me something. LOL. Let's see how cheap or generous you are. Let's test how good is your hand-eye coordination! Hahahaha. The owners and workers are incredibly friendly, the shop is clean, and the vibes are 10/10. It's the perfect spot for a date night, a family outing with the kids, or serious plushie/pendant collectors. I want to keep them as my little secret but this is a local treasure that deserves all the business. Paying it forward. #parentinghacks #kidsactivities #supportsmallbusiness #shoplocal

Stopped by this great little fun claw spot with my niece. The employees are always so nice and helpful, the toys are great and always a winner. Stop by... have some fun... and join the winner circle.

I had such a fun time! The machines have the cutest plushies. Everything was well-maintained, and the whole place had a warm and inviting vibe. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were so helpful and genuinely kind. They even offered to reposition the plushies to help customers become more successful and win. I definitely recommend checking this place out and will be coming back. It's addicting in the best way!

Great prizes and you actually win. Plus the owners are very helpful and friendly. Great addition to the 99 ranch market mall.

Been here about 5 times so far, as I have two toddlers. They like this place. The win rate is very fair compared to other claw machines. Including some that are outside in the mall. It's almost impossible to walk in here without winning at least a couple things. Prizes are cute and well made. Staff are friendly. Hopefully they transition smoothly from their soft opening and have more hours

Got a stuffie and then went to finish off with grocery shopping.

Some of the physical ones really tired me out! I think this would be a good birthday party activity for 7/8th grade kids and above, as long as they're semi-mature and the type of kids that enjoy puzzles.

Booking was easy to do online, and the owner Rob answered questions that I asked via email. Last Saturday, I showed up with 8 boys to celebrate my son's birthday, and the group had a blast. The party was mid-morning, and I appreciated how quiet the venue was. Some arcades have music that is blasting and so many lights flashing, and that can be overly stimulating. There are plenty of machines for guests to spread out. In the back, there are 4 controllers for Nintendo Switch, and the staff did have to come help change games for the kiddos but if you know what you're doing, you might be able to navigate on your own. Ordering pizza from Red Rooster was really easy, and the staff at Pixels even walked over to pick up the pizza for the party. So thoughtful! Throughout the 2 hours there, there were other families who came in to enjoy the arcade, as well as adults. 2 hours goes by so quickly! All the parents whose kids attended said their kiddos had a blast. Great place for a birthday party, young and old :) The dads are now talking about gathering again without the kids! Quick logistics: A single use bathroom is at the back of the space. Bring cash for tips or you can tip with card payment. Parking in the lot is free on weekends, otherwise pay for metered street marking Monday - Saturday.

In comparison to the pinball museum, Pixels had more video games and I think it fit our interests more. We each got a drink from the place, the kids picked out soft drink / juice, and the husband and I each got an alcohol beverage. I like that there were many local brews they are serving. I like the idea of supporting local businesses. My son was a little shy to go play the video game station set up with gaming chairs. But we pretty much tried all the other free games. There are a few machines not included in the package cost, they are clearly labeled and close to the entrance, you will need cash coins to play those, if you want to play them. The bathroom was clean. There were so many bottles of anti-bacterial solutions lining up near the entrance and inside the facility. I'm a bit of a clean freak after the Covid-19 pandemic, so seeing this made me happy that the owner cares about protecting people. We spent about 3 hours here. I saw some lady some in with a bunch of kids. It was kind of interesting to watch them because she was working on her laptop while the kids ran around and played games. It's like a cheap daycare! I wish the had one of these arcades closer to where I live, I can just let my kids loose while I do my own thing for a couple hours!

The pricing is insanely ridiculous with how much it is for 4 people including food being up to almost $70. You could buy a whole Nintendo Switch game with that. Then there was the wait for our pizza, it took a long time for it to come over until there was somehow a mixup between ours and someone else's order which just so happened to be the same exact pizza. However, ours was cut very weirdly and not even cut all the way through. The games left some room to be desired since most of the stuff you could find in any other arcade, and I'm pretty sure some of the little kids there aren't old enough to know how Guitar Hero works. Also no animatronics kind of made the place lose a huge core of its identity. And apparently you can only use the cards at the same location from what I've heard. What happened to tokens and actual tickets you'd collect? Some of the employees kind of looked like they didn't want to be there, like someone at the trampoline area looked bored out of her mind. Overall, most likely never coming back here.
