I came after eating udon and stuffing myself with boba from Brew Tea Bar. This store is mildly inconspicuous, but we were in for a good time... The plushies all have trade up potential. Just opened on 06/21/24 with so many cute plushies! Each game is $1 a play exchanged as a token. The place is very vibrant and fun for all ages. The owners were very sweet and gave us a few extra lucky coins and also gave us little keychains for our kids even though they weren't there with us. They were actually rooting for us to win. Although we didn't win at the casinos we sure had luck on our side at the claw machines. We left with a bag full of plushies all of which I wanted to keep but was also very tempted to trade in for a bigger prize. It made us play more just so that we can get extras to trade in. The trade in value was very reasonable. To get the giant plush you would only need to trade in 15 small plushies. Definitely a fun family friendly spot to visit! read more

I love this place!!! I love claw machine stores and this is my favorite! It's located in the same plaza as Umiya & Brew Tea (my favorites). The store has a lot of claw machines with lots of variety! Sanrio, Pokémon, and just cute stuffed animals. My husband helped me win most of my toys, and so I exchanged plushies for a large Pikachu. My favorite has to be the Sanrio characters dressed as pandas! I've never left a claw machine store happy (due to spending a lot of money and not getting any plushies), but I sure left this place with the biggest smile from ear to ear. I love it here so much! When we went in we were please to see there were seats in the middle as we did come with our grandparents which was a great help since they aren't able ti stand for too long they were able to rest! The toys are adorable and tempting to play. However the service was bad. Not only did the only employee that was working did not greet us when we walked in but she looked pissed and grumpy. The store also did not state any policies of what consumers can or cannot do. Such as when I had clawed a toy from the same machine and wanted to exchange for a different one that I want, apparently I am unable to do so but if I wanted to I need to have 2 plushies that I don't want in exchange for the one I do want... Price is reasonable and relatively cheap but the machine is rigging consumers because the claw itself is so loose. The only way I was only able to win a toy is to have the employee stack the toy I want close to the opening. Totally rigged. I hope the owner of this shop would re-evaluate the fairness and customer service so consumers like myself would want to come back and play. read more

Came here randomly with my gf and her friends. This spot was really popular . People came and went. There's a corner where you can take pictures with a giant claw. The token system here is $1 per token. Each machine is 1 token per game. Starting at $20 you'll get extra tokens. $20=23, $30=38, $50=65 with 1 small plushie, $100=135 with 2 small plushies. There were at least 10 claw machines filled with different plushies. I loved all the throwbacks like pokemon , DBZ, stitch, and other cute plushies. Trade up start from 5 plushies. You can given win Labubu for 15 plushies and XL plushies from 15-18 plushies. I loved the OG pokemon and I couldn't decide between Cubone, Charmeleon, and Eevee. I haven't seen a Cubone plushie in arcades before I decided on that. Of course they have the buff versions of the OG starters but only Bulbasaur and Charmander. I'm glad they didn't have the buff versions of squirtle or pikachu or I would give this spot all my money AHAHHA. The person who worked there was extremely nice and I was glad she knew the OG pokemon. Many places the employees don't know them. I didn't get a chance to ask if they allow rearranging the plushies since it was so crowded the plushies were always moved. They're located in a large plaza with many restaurants. Overall our friends and gf had a great time. Will definitely be back again! read more
