Came here on a weekday. This claw arcade is located in front of the second-floor Dillard's at Fashion Show Mall. The arcade is clean, well-lit, well air-conditioned, and, surprisingly, doesn't have that stuffy, odd smell I've noticed at several other claw arcades (no pun intended). I came with three kids--ages 8, 7, and 3. What I usually dread about claw arcades is that with kids this age, it can quickly turn into 10 minutes of begging for more coins while I watch my hard-earned money disappear. On the other hand, if the games are too easy, it isn't very exciting either--it just feels like buying a toy. The ideal experience is somewhere in between: challenging enough to be fun, but rewarding enough that the kids don't leave disappointed. This arcade struck that balance well. It's spacious, has a great selection of prizes that kids actually want, and the machines felt fair. Even with my Groupon, I honestly expected we'd be done in five minutes with three disappointed kids. Instead, Vincent, who was working that day, completely changed the experience. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted the kids to have a great time. His positive attitude and willinness to help whenever we had a question turned this into a great stop as part of our Vegas trip. We will be back. read more

I stopped by Fantasy Claw Machine on a whim, and it ended up being a lot more fun than I expected. My daughter loved it. The place was clean, the machines were in good shape, and there was a nice variety of prizes to go after. It had a really fun atmosphere that made it easy to lose track of time. Lost my daughter too which was nice while I enjoyed the free massage chairs. What I appreciated most was that the machines actually felt fair. I managed to win a couple of prizes without spending a fortune, which isn't always the case at places like this. The staff was also friendly and quick to help whenever someone had a question or needed assistance. If you're looking for something different to do with friends, family, or even just to relax for a bit, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. The free chairs are nice too. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back for another round. Five stars from me! read more

Best claw machine experience ever! Vincent and I (Samuel) stumbled into the fantasy claw setup at Area15 not expecting much -- walked out completely hooked. The prizes were actually worth grabbing, not the usual dollar-store junk you find everywhere else. Machine grip felt fair (a rarity!), and we actually won on our second try instead of dumping $40 for nothing. The whole vibe fits perfectly with Area15's weird, immersive energy -- it's not just a claw machine, it's part of the experience. I saw that this place has decent ratings, and maybe we were just there on an off night when we were in Vegas several weeks ago. We were kind of scouting it out to see if this would be a place my daughter would want to bring her friends on their next visit. We had been to a couple of other claw places and this one just did not make the cut. It was extremely hard to get any of the animals and when we finally did the machine malfunctioned. The guy did come over and let us have it, and after that we just got a few of the cheaper things. The girl at the counter was very nice and let us turn in all of our small stuff for a stuffed Pokémon that I could bring back to my grandson. I'm sure kids hanging out at the mall will go to this place, but we did not think it was as good as others around town. read more

The customer service was great the day we visited the arcade. plus, they offer a guaranteed win for plushies. Our daughter and her friend spent about an hour winning prizes from the different machines. Also, there are some items that can be traded in to exchange for other prizes. Brought our kids in while on vacation and we walked around this arcade multiple times checking out all the machines and goodies they had. This place was completely empty, not even exaggerating when I say our family was the only one in here. BUT, we didn't spend a single penny. Why? Because your employee on shift (Dominque) did not greet us, refused to acknowledge/converse with us even though she watched us the entire time we were in there. So, we didn't know how to even operate anything or how the machines worked, ie. if we had to buy coins/tokens/loaded cards, we got no customer service and ended up leaving with disappointed kids because I refuse to give business to a business that behaves this way and acts like they don't want our money. So unfortunate as this looks like a fun place to hang out. read more

Fantasy Claw Arcade is a cute spot within the Fashion Show Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. It's a pretty regular sized shop and it's filled with claw machines. Some machines have branded items like Sanrio and they also have off brand Labubus. There are even some machines with candy and Japanese Lays potato chips. It's really fun, especially for kids...and you can actually win!! It's probably less of a gamble than actual gambling! One suggestion would be to make a deal with Pop Mart (which is right downstairs) and be an official Labubu retailer! read more

After recently visiting local claw arcades, I was a bit disappointed by Fantasy Claw in the Fashion Show Mall. First, you know it's going to be more expensive since it's located in Vegas than other arcades. Second, as an adult, it was difficult to get any prizes from the machines. I couldn't imagine as a child how difficult it might be! We recently left a local claw arcade having won a fair amount of prizes. At this location, we were lucky to walk away with anything. Most claws didn't grab/close and then finally when we won a prize, it didn't drop it when it was supposed to open. The two stars were for the employees who felt bad for everyone and put some plushies on the ledge and also let us use some small prizes to trade up to larger. I'm gonna be honest here... It's not as good as The Claw. This Fantasy Claw Arcade did catch my eye. It's located off the strip. I wanted to take a look, since we walked right past it. They were friendly when I entered. Very welcoming and nice. Atmosphere is fun and definitely for kids I would say. The prizes looked small lol I don't wanna be that person, but is it worth the cheap toy you "win" from the machines? I would prefer having good prizes that you actually WANT to win lol I'm sure the prizes are fine for some. If you never win anything, and win here, you might be happy. I just want prizes that are worth winning lol Maybe I am just hating a bit lol Looking at the cheap prizes, didn't make me want to play. We were at the Fashion Show Mall and my sister in-law and I happened to come upon Fantasy Claw Arcade. We were so excited as we had no idea it was there and we love claw machines. Upon walking in I was surprised to see SO many claw machines. This is probably the biggest claw machine arcade I've been to thus far and was excited to see a great variety of plushies and prizes in each game. There were cute Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty and Kuromi, Pokemon characters, and so many more. We exchanged $100 for coins and got a bonus 35 coins or so. This was a good amount to split between the both of us and we spent most of our time here instead of shopping like the rest of our family, lol. Most of the games take 1 token and move pretty quickly. The games seemed slightly harder to win compared to other arcades that I've been to and didn't grab on as easily so it took just a bit more strategy and adjusting. On average it seemed to take between 3-5 tries before it really grabbed on. I won quite a few within 1-2 tries (again, I love claw machines) and between the both of us won over 20 plushies and filled up two bags full. At the counter, they have a wall of prizes and larger stuffed animals available. We traded our wins for larger prizes which were of better quality. We kept a lot of the Hello Kitty and Pokemon plushes which were also pretty good quality as well. Overall, we had a lot fun! There's a lot of claw arcades in Vegas, but this one is a great option if you're in the area. read more

My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

They had a bar upstairs and downstairs and had high boys and stools for the area upstairs. The setup was pretty amazing (on the ground floor) with a huge screen and stage for the competitors to play and be projected on. In the back, they had computer/gaming chairs with monitors/computers set up and people gaming. They had plenty of restrooms available on both floors, too. Honestly one of the better kid friendly venues on the Strip. I'd definitely come back to enjoy some gaming time here.

I felt like I was traveling at light speed in a shoe box while pummeled with hockey sticks. What can you get for $25 in Las Vegas these days...? ...a hearty, calorie-dense breakfast sandwich (like a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit) at Eggslut in the Cosmopolitan... a classic Las Vegas souvenir t-shirt, a deck of commemorative casino playing cards... two pints of Guinness at Nine Fine Irishmen (New York New York) ... a $25 "gourmet" cheeseburger at various resorts and restaurants... ...OR a ride on The Roller Coaster at New York-New York, first launched in 1997 as The Manhattan Express, then named The Big Apple Coaster, and still sort of popular... mostly with Vegas virgins. There was confusion about storing our valuables... lockers, secret codes... You buy a ticket, get in line and then are told you should probably store your valuables in a locker, which you have to find and master the process for renting , opening and storing. [Tuesday midday] Short line was nice... we were with a couple of nervous teenagers there for the first time - their mom and aunt watching and waiting... Once on board, make sure to lock the seat bar down as far as you can onto you legs (more about that in a moment). Our midday experience thrust us into the blinding July summer sun blazing down upon us as we climbed to the top of the first summit - we tried to shield our eyes but it did nothing for the mounting heat that had me sweating by the top of ... THE FIRST DROP... (let your breath out slowing as you go...), then another and then you're thrown into a FULL LOOP where the centrifugal force shoves you into a pile of goo in your seat, followed by a little CORKSCREW-BARREL-ROLL maneuver and by the time you've caught your breath you hit a series of little up and down gut-sloshing, ass-smashing moves. Next thing you know, you're hurled left, then right - or maybe right then left - and up a little hill then into a CYCLONIC FUNNEL in a downward decent where you think you're done but then you hit a couple of parking lot speed bumps at maximum speed (more ass-banging) before you enter a dark tunnel where you think, "Oh God, what's next," but you get a quick glimpse into the casino right before the ride ends. Definitely a value (albeit it a different one) to the $25 cheeseburger, and more memorable than a t-shirt, just don't eat the burger before you board.

Not only did he take the time to track down the exact specific ball she had lost from their stockroom, but he also shipped it directly to our house to surprise her. It is incredibly rare to see a company go completely out of their way to make things right for a kid, especially for a lost item that wasn't their fault. Alan's customer service went completely above and beyond, and he turned a heartbreaking situation into a Las Vegas memory we will never forget. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

No was one smiling, no one seemed happy but they were polite. Overall: The experience is nice with some opportunity to make it great. The higher pricing would be alright for an outstanding experience but it's just not there.

Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way.
