Ok, wow we had fun didn't we?! Fun 5/5 Price to value 4/5 Service 5/5! Overall 5/5 I just got to say, Vincent and Samuel were really amazing throughout our time spent here! They were super helpful, informative and they even gave us tips and tricks on how to win some prizes! We bought like a package from area 15 and it was worth every dollar spent! We got package 3 that comes with omega mart, and pick 2 other fun picks! Again shout out to the staff they were just great!!!! read more

Came here on a weekday. This claw arcade is located in front of the second-floor Dillard's at Fashion Show Mall. The arcade is clean, well-lit, well air-conditioned, and, surprisingly, doesn't have that stuffy, odd smell I've noticed at several other claw arcades (no pun intended). I came with three kids--ages 8, 7, and 3. What I usually dread about claw arcades is that with kids this age, it can quickly turn into 10 minutes of begging for more coins while I watch my hard-earned money disappear. On the other hand, if the games are too easy, it isn't very exciting either--it just feels like buying a toy. The ideal experience is somewhere in between: challenging enough to be fun, but rewarding enough that the kids don't leave disappointed. This arcade struck that balance well. It's spacious, has a great selection of prizes that kids actually want, and the machines felt fair. Even with my Groupon, I honestly expected we'd be done in five minutes with three disappointed kids. Instead, Vincent, who was working that day, completely changed the experience. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted the kids to have a great time. His positive attitude and willinness to help whenever we had a question turned this into a great stop as part of our Vegas trip. We will be back. read more

I stopped by Fantasy Claw Machine on a whim, and it ended up being a lot more fun than I expected. My daughter loved it. The place was clean, the machines were in good shape, and there was a nice variety of prizes to go after. It had a really fun atmosphere that made it easy to lose track of time. Lost my daughter too which was nice while I enjoyed the free massage chairs. What I appreciated most was that the machines actually felt fair. I managed to win a couple of prizes without spending a fortune, which isn't always the case at places like this. The staff was also friendly and quick to help whenever someone had a question or needed assistance. If you're looking for something different to do with friends, family, or even just to relax for a bit, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. The free chairs are nice too. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back for another round. Five stars from me! read more

1/5 This claw machine place was honestly a terrible experience. The machines seem to malfunction/spasm, and when you ask an employee for help, they basically tell you it's your fault instead of trying to help. I was there with my 5-year-old, and even when a stuffed animal was positioned poorly or basically impossible to grab, the staff wouldn't help reposition anything. The prize/point system makes it even worse. They only buy back prizes in increments of 5, so if you don't want to keep the stuffed animals and don't have exactly the right amount, you can't just leave the remaining prizes as points toward your next visit. You essentially lose that value. We spent $110 in about 30 minutes and walked out with absolutely nothing. At that point, it felt worse than playing slot machines at the casino. There are much better claw arcades off the Strip where the employees actually help customers and seem to care about whether people have a good experience and want to come back. I would absolutely go to one of those instead. We definitely won't be returning here. read more

I saw that this place has decent ratings, and maybe we were just there on an off night when we were in Vegas several weeks ago. We were kind of scouting it out to see if this would be a place my daughter would want to bring her friends on their next visit. We had been to a couple of other claw places and this one just did not make the cut. It was extremely hard to get any of the animals and when we finally did the machine malfunctioned. The guy did come over and let us have it, and after that we just got a few of the cheaper things. The girl at the counter was very nice and let us turn in all of our small stuff for a stuffed Pokémon that I could bring back to my grandson. I'm sure kids hanging out at the mall will go to this place, but we did not think it was as good as others around town. read more

Fantasy Claw Arcade is a cute spot within the Fashion Show Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. It's a pretty regular sized shop and it's filled with claw machines. Some machines have branded items like Sanrio and they also have off brand Labubus. There are even some machines with candy and Japanese Lays potato chips. It's really fun, especially for kids...and you can actually win!! It's probably less of a gamble than actual gambling! One suggestion would be to make a deal with Pop Mart (which is right downstairs) and be an official Labubu retailer! read more

Brought our kids in while on vacation and we walked around this arcade multiple times checking out all the machines and goodies they had. This place was completely empty, not even exaggerating when I say our family was the only one in here. BUT, we didn't spend a single penny. Why? Because your employee on shift (Dominque) did not greet us, refused to acknowledge/converse with us even though she watched us the entire time we were in there. So, we didn't know how to even operate anything or how the machines worked, ie. if we had to buy coins/tokens/loaded cards, we got no customer service and ended up leaving with disappointed kids because I refuse to give business to a business that behaves this way and acts like they don't want our money. So unfortunate as this looks like a fun place to hang out. read more

After recently visiting local claw arcades, I was a bit disappointed by Fantasy Claw in the Fashion Show Mall. First, you know it's going to be more expensive since it's located in Vegas than other arcades. Second, as an adult, it was difficult to get any prizes from the machines. I couldn't imagine as a child how difficult it might be! We recently left a local claw arcade having won a fair amount of prizes. At this location, we were lucky to walk away with anything. Most claws didn't grab/close and then finally when we won a prize, it didn't drop it when it was supposed to open. The two stars were for the employees who felt bad for everyone and put some plushies on the ledge and also let us use some small prizes to trade up to larger. Hate to say I wouldn't go back. read more

Luckily, there are lockers nearby for around $1, so storing your belongings is quick, easy, and inexpensive. We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.

You buy a ticket, get in line and then are told you should probably store your valuables in a locker, which you have to find and master the process for renting , opening and storing. [Tuesday midday] Short line was nice... we were with a couple of nervous teenagers there for the first time - their mom and aunt watching and waiting... Once on board, make sure to lock the seat bar down as far as you can onto you legs (more about that in a moment). Our midday experience thrust us into the blinding July summer sun blazing down upon us as we climbed to the top of the first summit - we tried to shield our eyes but it did nothing for the mounting heat that had me sweating by the top of ... THE FIRST DROP... (let your breath out slowing as you go...), then another and then you're thrown into a FULL LOOP where the centrifugal force shoves you into a pile of goo in your seat, followed by a little CORKSCREW-BARREL-ROLL maneuver and by the time you've caught your breath you hit a series of little up and down gut-sloshing, ass-smashing moves. Next thing you know, you're hurled left, then right - or maybe right then left - and up a little hill then into a CYCLONIC FUNNEL in a downward decent where you think you're done but then you hit a couple of parking lot speed bumps at maximum speed (more ass-banging) before you enter a dark tunnel where you think, "Oh God, what's next," but you get a quick glimpse into the casino right before the ride ends. Definitely a value (albeit it a different one) to the $25 cheeseburger, and more memorable than a t-shirt, just don't eat the burger before you board.

On top of that, the guy managing the bar/tables was eating when we first got in. Tall, bald-like Caucasian guy. I get it, he's hungry, but he could've acknowledged us. Later, when we're checking out, he was nowhere to be found again. We had to chase an attendant on the floor. Overall, I wouldn't come here for some pool.

They have a variety of virtual booths where you can jump into all kinds of games. You can play solo or team up, and trust me, once you start, it's hard to stop. I played about six different games, and every single one was interactive, engaging, challenging, and very active. Who needs the gym when you can burn calories dodging virtual obstacles and playing life-sized games? The highlight of our night was a game of life-sized ping pong. Oh My Gosh, so much fun. We split into two teams, adults versus kids (the kids crushed us). I'll post a video of my kids battling it out; honestly, even if you don't play, it's a blast just to sit back and watch. Besides the interactive games, they also have a pretty cool bar area where you can grab snacks and drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, whatever you're in the mood for. They host birthday parties and special events too, which is awesome because this place is a guaranteed good time. The restrooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is welcoming. There were plenty of people at the front desk but when we got inside we didn't really understand most of the interactions. The main room was being used by 4 children the entire time so a couple of us could join them but some games only had space for 6 participants. I really thought an hour wouldn't be enough time but we didn't get the concept of floating mandalas and things like that so we just left. Great marketing but execution wasn't on point. I don't think I'll be back for the Alice party.
