I was focused on grabbing one of those little souvenir keychains after, something simple. He had other plans wanted the bigger photo, something we could hold onto. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Now? That picture means everything. So every time I go back to Vegas, I ride it. No questions asked. It's tradition. And for something that looks compact tucked into the Strip, this thing punches way above its weight. It hits speeds around 67 mph, throws you through a full loop and a barrel roll, and pulls enough G-force to make you feel like a fighter pilot for a few seconds. Not only did he take the time to track down the exact specific ball she had lost from their stockroom, but he also shipped it directly to our house to surprise her. It is incredibly rare to see a company go completely out of their way to make things right for a kid, especially for a lost item that wasn't their fault. Alan's customer service went completely above and beyond, and he turned a heartbreaking situation into a Las Vegas memory we will never forget.
