Home from Honeymoon meeting to pickup Goob.

Took my daughters dog back to her today and met with her and her husband (one week married) at this dog park. Very nice and clean park with a medium size play area. It also has a small turf area that the dogs get good traction on. Two things that keep this park from five stars is no water available and no small dog separate area. Otherwise this was a nice place to visit.

My dog and I absolutely love this dog park! We live just a few minutes away and it is a dream! Usually a fair amount of dogs. Lots of ramps and tunnels... and benches for people! Well kept. Lots of poop bags and usually bowls for water (we bring our own water)! Owners are usually really good at watching their dogs, too! Highly recommend!

I was in the area with my dog and stumbled upon this free dog park! I liked that there is a turf area and benches! We also loved this kissing booth spot for a photo op :)

Very nice if rather small dog park. Activities for dogs, benches for their owners. No charge, convenient location and plenty of nearby parking. You will need to bring water as none is available in the park. Waste bags and trash cans available. Five star rating given by my two happy border collies!

I have been looking for a free dog park for awhile and finally found it. It's 30 minutes away from us but it's a nice drive so that's ok. My dogs ended up loving it there because they finally got to play with other dogs. They have a few things for the dogs to climb on, through and jump over which was really nice because they've never seen anything like it. There are benches for people to sit on and no there is no water for them. I read the reviews before going and took them water before leaving so that's not really a deal breaker. What was annoying was that people did not pick up after their dog. Common sense to pick up after your dog/fur baby so you can avoid stepping in it. My daughter leaned down to get my dog to go through one of the tunnels and just about fell over. She put her hand down to keep her up and placed her hand in dog sh!t that we didn't see. GROSS!! Grossed out she jumped up and stepped in more poop, got it on her leg and shoe. We were both completely grossed out. Good thing I brought a gallon of water so she could clean off. Shortly after that happened another gentleman stepped in poop that wasn't picked up. I would give this park a 5 star but after seeing a few land mines I deducted one. People please pick up after you fur babies so situations like this can be avoided! If you are one of those people who does not pick up after your dog avoid going to dog parks!!! In fact give your dog away to owners who actually clean up after them. They have free bags to use so there's no excuse. I know people like to end up talking and get distracted but please keep an eye on your dog so you can see when they go. I will be returning but will also be keeping a better look out for land mines.

My dog and I really enjoy coming here. There is a good mix of big and small dogs. Almost everyone cleans up after their dogs and keep an eye on them. It's definitely a hit or miss on what kind of dogs are there. My small dog gets along with almost all dogs, but we've been a few time and had to leave because some dogs are just a bit too playful or full of energy. . But for the most part it's a nice simple park and clean .

This dog park has some potential. It's a 52 degree and sunny January day. Out of 6 owners that came with their dogs all in a 20-minute span, 3 of us decided to brave the mud to let our furry guys get some social exercise. No drinking water or hose. Very muddy but Free and close to shopping!

This dog park is a tiny bit hard to find based on google maps address. Small dog park next to highway Route 31. Access it by turning into clay terrace shopping area. It's on the east side of the shopping center. Here's the exact spot. It's just south of DSW and St Vincent sport building in clay terrace back in this grassy area. The agility equipment includes a tunnel and an A-frame.There's just enough area to this park to throw a frisbee. Bring your own water and bowl!

There's a small 0.5 mile trail inside the park which is quite ok for a quick, run/walk but I still liked the peace and quiet. If you need more walking distance, just take a left from the park and walk a little farther where you will find Monon trail. Beautiful trail with trees on both sides, dotted now with beautiful fall colors. Central or Monon this park in the middle of Carmel is a win win!

We've never had anything but pleasant experiences with the dogs and their owners. I think that part of the reason is because this dog park is kind of exclusive: you need to apply, and you're usually on a wait list for a while. They keep the number of members manageable so that there's not lots of people visiting all the time, and everyone can enjoy the dog park when they're there. The only reason we don't have a membership to the dog park anymore is because our dog prefers the attention of humans, so he would just stand around at the dog park and not play. But we'd totally join again in a minute we got another dog who enjoyed the company of other dogs! This is a nice place for dogs to hang out.

There is a large outdoor play area, indoor space and a small dog area. The check-in is easy, especially if you download the app first. The staff is great and there's a "ruff-eree" that walks around to maintain order and helps keep the play area clean. There are poo bags stationed liberally around the facility so picking up after your dog is easy. We had fun interacting with the other clients and their dogs. Usually there is a food vendor onsite but were between vendors when I went. I was able to carry in whatever wanted and was told DoorDash was OK, too. I didn't have a chance to check out the bar, which is a pay by ounce but several of my guests did and commented on the variety offered. There are many picnic tables and chairs for humans to gather and a mix of natural and artificial turf for the dogs to play. My friends and I have talked about going back, despite the distance for some of us. It's worth the drive. This is a great day out for dog people-fun for your dog and a chill vibe for dog parents.

I'm so happy I decided to check it out today for the first time to experience "Puppy Yoga." The event featured adoptable puppies through Far Fetched a foster based rescue in Indianapolis. "Trinket," a three-legged Greyhound stole the show! She even found a mat of her own to lounge on. Yoga was facilitated by Amanda Denny Meyer of Within You Without You--although most of us cuddled with the puppies rather than posing in downward facing dog. I'm looking forward to returning to Crate Escapes for other fun events in the future! It's a great place for adults and dogs to socialize. So much more than just a dog park. It's a really unique opportunity just to hang out in this space with dogs everywhere and the option to have food and drinks with other dog lovers. Please consider adopting before you shop around or seek out a breeder. There are so many amazing rescue dogs who need a good home. Also spay and neuter your pets please and thank you!!
