First visit today and we are so impressed with the size, handlers and team taking care of our pups. We took a day pass which worked really well for our husky who is 2 years. There's an attached restaurant and bar which is a plus. Clean and extremely comfortable which is a huge bonus compared to no fee dog park. Good one for Westfield!!!

Our dog loved this and we will be back for sure. The reason behind the 4 stars is they aren't serving food until March 21st and we went expecting to eat. Then we got beer and both taps stopped working. We each had one beer, went back for a refill and it said it was unavailable. When asked we were told it was because it was all foam. It's still new and there's a few kinks that need worked out. They are adding on a huge area to play also. There is no temperament testing done so all dogs are welcome which is a little nerve wracking. When we left there were about 20 dogs and only 1 referee which is not enough to me. They needed one inside and one out. All the owners were pretty good at watching their dogs BUT they allow drop offs. So there were a lot more dogs than owners. The reason I feel there should be more referees is I felt I was watching more than just my dog as the referee pretty much stayed inside. Hopefully once it gets more popular they keep the daycare dogs in another area.

I took my dog here for some play time and overall it was a good experience. Ultimately, she didn't do much playing, as she doesn't seem to be too social, but I still enjoyed watching other dogs enjoy the space. I love the concept but do worry about the lack of supervision, as there were a few groups of very rowdy dogs and ultimately a group of a few that got aggressive with one another. I saw a couple of ruff-eres but they didn't seem to act fast or to really be keeping an eye on things. I also don't think there were enough to cover the large space. I say try this place but keep a very close eye on your pup. The space was clean and well kept, there is plenty of parking and entry staff was friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love Crate Escapes & are so thankful to have this fantastic spot in our community. The staff is wonderful! The ability to setup a tab and then use the self-serve taps on the wall makes the entire experience even easier. They have everything you need for fun outing with friends and/or pups.

Such a fun concept. Indoor + outdoor dog park areas with tvs, drinks, and events! We became founding members and look forward to coming often to hang out, watch games, or work while our dog socializes and burns some energy.

This one is for the dogs! For once the Indy area has a dog park/bar that is indoor/outdoor. Also, see the word "bar" I just used!? They have a self service beer wall so you can grab some hops while your dog hops around. The indoor and outdoor split is great for the winter. We registered online and provided health info which made sign in a breeze. They have "Ruff-erees" that circulate to make sure everyone is playing nice. We came through during the opening weekend and they are still putting final touches on the place, but we were huge fans. It seems a food outpost is coming soon.

Crate Escapes is the best thing to happen to the Central Indiana area. The indoor off leash area makes it great for year round attending - even on the rainy days. The large outdoor area is plenty of room for all types and sizes of dogs. The "ruff"-a-ree's are always attentive and are close by if tensions start to arise. Definitely a safe and friendly place to bring your furry friend! I'm excited for the stage to be built so live music and movies can play in the near future

Adorable and large location. Very friendly owner /staff. Special events throughout the week/weekend. Way more fun looking than just a "dog park" .

Ask the Community - Crate Escapes Dog Park + Bar

People why wouldn't you just take your dog to the Clay Terrace Mall off leash free dog park? Geesh!! And plenty of places allow leashed dogs by their owner for free once weather is warmer. I just don't see paying $ for this in this day and age!!

No joke! Dogs wouldn't just sit next to you tho - it's an off-leash dog park. . . no other spaces in Indiana have this!

We are always welcomed the minute we enter! They are very reasonably priced, allowing up to six hours as part of their half-day fee! They are open everyday and have large outdoor and indoor areas for their small and large dogs. Another great feature is the dogs remain uncrated allowing the dogs to decide when they need to lie down wherever they are comfortable. As you enter their facility, there are always cameras where you can check out what your furry friend is doing. When we pick up Siggy he comes home ready to relax. Given that he is two we are grateful he's gotten socialized and exercise. We couldn't be happier with Club Canine!

(Huge plus since when I've had to board at our "vet" facility there is no warm nice happy to have your dog vibe... and it's why I've looked elsewhere for boarding) Here is why I chose and will continue to board my 7 year old Anatolian and 7month old golden retriever at almost home. Their runs are indoor runs with a doggie door for optional indoor out door capabilities with the main kennel room being heated in the winter. The runs are a comfortable fit for even large dogs (I have 120 pounder) They let you bring dog bones or toys so long as your okay with them getting dirty if they drag them outside. This was helpful because we have a seven month old golden retriever, and I felt comfortable knowing that he has the option to chew on a bone if he got bored. They routinely check dogs in and out within the allotted time frame- which is actually kind of nice because then you know the dogs are getting downtime too without being disturbed midday. All and all I felt good about them and will chose them (over their vet) any day.
