There's a small 0.5 mile trail inside the park which is quite ok for a quick, run/walk but I still liked the peace and quiet. If you need more walking distance, just take a left from the park and walk a little farther where you will find Monon trail. Beautiful trail with trees on both sides, dotted now with beautiful fall colors. Central or Monon this park in the middle of Carmel is a win win!

I think that part of the reason is because this dog park is kind of exclusive: you need to apply, and you're usually on a wait list for a while. They keep the number of members manageable so that there's not lots of people visiting all the time, and everyone can enjoy the dog park when they're there. The only reason we don't have a membership to the dog park anymore is because our dog prefers the attention of humans, so he would just stand around at the dog park and not play. But we'd totally join again in a minute we got another dog who enjoyed the company of other dogs! This is a nice place for dogs to hang out.

There were no dogs in the park, but I was very impressed with the landscaping and the structure of the park. There was a very nice walking trail in the back of the park that you could walk on as well. There was a very nice flower garden with a bench near the dog park that you could just sit and relax and enjoy the weather and the flowers. The playground for the dogs was nice and had a lot of obstacles for the dogs to play around in. All in all, Rusty's Ranch Dog Park is very exclusive for dogs to enjoy playing around and having a good time in on a regular basis. It is a good addition to Providence Home+Garden, and I think it will definitely attract more visitors with their dogs to the dog park.

There is a large outdoor play area, indoor space and a small dog area. The check-in is easy, especially if you download the app first. The staff is great and there's a "ruff-eree" that walks around to maintain order and helps keep the play area clean. There are poo bags stationed liberally around the facility so picking up after your dog is easy. We had fun interacting with the other clients and their dogs. Usually there is a food vendor onsite but were between vendors when I went. I was able to carry in whatever wanted and was told DoorDash was OK, too. I didn't have a chance to check out the bar, which is a pay by ounce but several of my guests did and commented on the variety offered. There are many picnic tables and chairs for humans to gather and a mix of natural and artificial turf for the dogs to play. My friends and I have talked about going back, despite the distance for some of us. It's worth the drive. This is a great day out for dog people-fun for your dog and a chill vibe for dog parents.

I'm so happy I decided to check it out today for the first time to experience "Puppy Yoga." The event featured adoptable puppies through Far Fetched a foster based rescue in Indianapolis. "Trinket," a three-legged Greyhound stole the show! She even found a mat of her own to lounge on. Yoga was facilitated by Amanda Denny Meyer of Within You Without You--although most of us cuddled with the puppies rather than posing in downward facing dog. I'm looking forward to returning to Crate Escapes for other fun events in the future! It's a great place for adults and dogs to socialize. So much more than just a dog park. It's a really unique opportunity just to hang out in this space with dogs everywhere and the option to have food and drinks with other dog lovers. Please consider adopting before you shop around or seek out a breeder. There are so many amazing rescue dogs who need a good home. Also spay and neuter your pets please and thank you!!

This very historical pool is still gorgeous and the fact they want to tear it down is unsettling. I have just never heard of putting a lazy river in front of a real river, but that's just me. Every time I go here I see somebody I know and it is such a great neighborhood area. It definitely is the best pool in town. The bathrooms need work as well as the concrete area but there's plenty of handicap parking and there is a dog park there as well. There's a nice walk along the river and many many playground activities available. They even have a soccer or rugby area as well as a tennis court. This truly is a jam in the city with White River and all its glory.

We love the good number of dogs - every breed, shape, size and form running around and playing to their hearts content. Beware, that the mulch inside is as intense as it could get at the moment. So much so that I wear old, worn shoes when I visit the dog park. There's no water supply so I get my own bottle and there's definitely plentiful poop bags. The parking is massive and it's free of cost. It definitely is worth the mulch just due to the sheer number of people from the community. The camaraderie is amazing!

The park is ok and do not have any additional amenities or "bells and whistles" outside of the bare minimums that I mentioned, but it is free, so hey. The play areas are very spacious and wide open. Plus it is free. With it being free though, it can sometimes get packed on nice dayside's , so you may want to plan accordingly.
