I did miss having easier access to water, coffee, or a more convenient waiting area with those options available. Still, compared to many other dealerships I've been to in the past, this has been a much better experience. I would recommend them. They accommodated my request and set me up for an hour after I called. When I arrived they were welcoming and guided me through the process. I dropped the truck off and went across the street for lunch. When I returned I waited for about 15 minutes and the truck was ready. I have been going to Modern for about 10 years now for service and they have never disappointed me. The service reps are helpful, friendly and accommodating and the techs are obviously knowledgeable and efficient since I have never had any issues with the work performed. On the technical side, I am not a mechanic by any means but I like to tinker with cars and I've repaired some simple parts on some other vehicles we've had; given this background, I was very pleased to see that the owners actually knew about these hybrid vehicles very well, not only that, they also offer very convenient services for refurbishing or replacing the batteries and other preventive maintenance and they are very open about what any particular car requires in order to keep them in good conditions. So, in other words, this is a place where the owners like and know what they sell, believe in a pressure free are very proud of their service and are prepared to provide some basic maintenance and repairs for a very reasonable price.
