This was appreciated because it was 29° out and I had just arrived home from vacation. John assessed the options, and got me inside very quickly through a back door without a smart key. Although he did have to drill out the cylinder in the deadbolt, he was able to replace it & rekey it on the spot. I'm comparison, when I called the only locksmith open at 7:00 am when I arrived home, he showed up with a crow bar and his solution was to break the door frame then drill out the smart key and replace it with deadbolt.
