This was the first time I have been really been disappointed in his services, I spilt sweet tea in my truck, I had no doubt Robert would be able to clean my Truck & carpets. Several day after the deep cleaning of the carpets stains starting to appear again where he had cleaned the carpets. At the same time I had him detail my truck and apply ceramic coating. This ceramic coating was the worsts, Not only did it not protect my trucks paint from bugs & light scratches like he said it would, its was no better than a waxing, I spent $700 dollars on this crappie stuff. Robert did say he would redo it but I have moved to the west coast weeks after he did this cleaning, So he wants me to drive 140 miles find something to do for 1 to 2 Day pick my truck back up and drive another 140 miles back to my home. Robert you remember how much you told my you pay for the ceramic coating. In my opinion you get what you pay for. Use a better produce for you client, they deserve better. To everyone of Advance Beachside Mobile Detailing clients don't have Robert apply the ceramic coating unless it has a 5 to 9 year warranty anything less is useless in my opinion.

I contacted "management" immediately and they sent someone to come look at my vehicle on site. They watched the surveillance footage and confirmed the air line burst, took photos of my car and then sent me to a body shop to get a quote. So I did. Then I tried several times to call and speak to "management" again to give them the estimate they told me to get. No answer. Repeatedly. Finally got a hold of someone weeks later, sent the estimate and then still no response. This went on for weeks. Even emailed the company email address. Nothing for weeks and then I finally got a response asking for more information, which I promptly sent everything they asked for and then crickets for months now. A $12 service ended up costing me over $150 to find and ship the part and have it replaced myself. Still nothing from "management." An absolute joke of a business.
