Very disappointing service. We were one of the first people in our neighborhood to use their services about 4 years ago. The last few months their service has been horrible. We need to pull our cans up our driveway for them, and even with that the last two months have been missed. Last month they claimed they were not out at foundation, yet if they would have actually gotten out of their truck and looked up the driveway past my husbands car they would have seen them. (We have time stamped cameras that showed them in the driveway the whole time) After calling, I was told they would come out the next day. They didn't. I called 2x yesterday, and even stopped and talked to the driver while he was in our neighborhood telling him he didn't do our cans again... his response, "sorry". It was 3:00 pm... I left another message today, and still nothing back. Waste of money, and now there are other companies that do the exact same thing. We are done. Would never recommend them. read more

My son is allergic to mold. Someone had put their moldy pumpkin (unbeknownst) to us in our trash can. When he opened the lid he got real sick. Beyond mad, I knew we had to clean it. I saw Clean-A-Can at a neighbors and quickly made the BEST phone call ever! We get all three of our cans cleaned once a month. They do a great job and not to mention how nice they smell after :) the crew are very friendly and always smiling (considering... ;)) . Clean-A-Can is very organized, professional and EXTREMELY reliable. They come the day after our trashed gets picked up. They know the schedule and are pro-active for holidays too. I am using Clean-a-can for many years and they are very reliable. They perform the job on a timely manner and give you a courtesy call the day before your service. We forget few times to leave the can in the street and the driver ringed at the door to verify if we want the service or not. They provide great customer service and also great service as well. read more

Clean -A-Can service has absolutely helped with the awful odors and fly population which develops around our trash cans. What an improvement and they keep the fresh scent for some time. I keep my cans in the garage and there's always a certain garbage smell. After having Clean-A-Can come and wash my cans there was a fresh, almost laundry smell. We were so excited to find out this service existed! We have dogs so our waste trashcan smells horrendous! A week later and they still have no smell!
