Feeling pressured to get the laundry caught up. I called them and they came and picked it up the next day at 11 and returned it two days later again at 11. My clothes smelled great, were folded so well they look like they had been ironed, and my three giant bags of laundry were returned to me into very nicely folded packages. All the socks were matched then wrapped so they stayed together. The T-shirts look like they had just come from the store. Towels, sheets, you name it, perfection! I'm fairly certain that when our situation changes back, we will continue to have some of our laundry done through this company. It certainly has given me a new look on life without laundry! I took the dress there the next week to have it shortened just enough that I could wear it and wouldn't be stepping on it. Jan greeted me right when I walked through the door and I showed her the dress and told her I wanted to have it hemmed a little. She took the dress from me and let me know what day it would be ready. When I went back to pick it up it was ready as promised. I tried the dress on soon after I picked it up and it was the perfect length so she did an excellent job. The price of the service was reasonable and the service here is friendly. I did not have to wait for long to go back and pick up my dress so I really appreciated the quick service. I explained the situation - the comforter was still wet and badly stained, including stains from a previous lifetime - and requested that it be dry cleaned and the duvet be laundered and pressed. The cost came to just under $100. When I picked up the items yesterday I was thrilled beyond words. The comforter was folded and packed into the same type of carrying bag it came in years ago (great for summer storage) and the duvet was pressed and hanging over a heavy-duty hanger. Not a hint of the stains anywhere, both exactly as fresh-looking as new. I just finished the 20-minute ordeal of replacing the comforter into the duvet - well worth the effort and out-of-pocket to have everything beautiful as new. Thank you, Dependable.
