Definitely a good dry cleaner... ...definitely not great service with repairs. I had a pair of pants hemmed. The hem fell out so I brought them back and they didn't offer to fix for free... I had to pay TWICE. I should have just said no thanks, but I really was expecting them to fix for free since they didn't do a good job hemming in the first place... Now 6 months later the hem is falling out again. I'll fix them myself this time. Get your clothes cleaned here, but don't get your clothes fixed here. read more

My neighborhood dry cleaners. Been using them since I moved to the area. Why i officially am spilling my love for this place now? I brought in a dress that has been through the wash and looking super nasty, covered in bunny hair and stains. And you know how some materials just don't come out right after the wash. The gals here made my dress look like new! I was so impressed! great prices, so much cheaper than using the larger chain dry cleaning places. This is the best cleaners in Quincy, now that Zoots has decided to pull out. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is very friendly, and I never once had a single issue with them after using them weekly for a year or so. I recently moved, and am thinking about making the trek back here to do my cleaning, even though its a pretty long way off now. OMG I left here in tears. Ruined my favourite dress. So rude, and tried to say maybe it was a previous dry cleaner. It was on their hanger and we had a receipt. Then tried to stretch my delicate dress and I asked them many times not to. They took it away and did it anyway. Have been here a few times with suits, but they obviously are very aggressive cleaners. Delicates are no go. Lied and said they were just ironing it again. So underhand. Told them I'd be leaving a review and they said they didn't care and to go ahead. I've lost my favourite dress and been embarrassed and shouted at by the old lady. Go elsewhere, save your money. read more

worse experience ever. expensive and not friendly. Got my pants hemmed here, and was an OK job, for 11 dollars. alot of places ive went to wouldve cost 8. I was in a rush and looking for the nearest place to hem, therefore I tried this place. bad decision. She was super rude, never smiled, and tried to force her opinion on me. I asked for 1.5 inches off, and she insisted 2 inches off. I refused and wanted 1.5 in since I know my height and my shoes that would go with my pants. She was upset that I didn't want 2 inches off, then told me if it doesn't come out the way I want, its not their fault and they wont fix it. It came out lopsided. Once side was 1.5 inch and the other was 2in shorted. I was upset and had to argue with her until she fixed it for FREE. Long story short, rude and does a bad job. read more

I was going to Dependable Cleaners for years until I put in an item to be cleaned and when I went to pick it up a few days later they said that they could not clean that particular material. I asked them how come they did not call me since they had my phone number because I needed it for an event that night. This put me in a bad spot. I decided to try We Care cleaners and have never looked back! The prices are reasonable, unlike Dependable cleaners, and they will also will provide same day if you get your clothes in early. They do alterations and are in general very professional. Once you go to We Care you will be a customer for life! read more

I tried this place based on other reviews but unfortunately my experience didn't live up to the expectations. I don't agree it's a good value. At about $6 per item I can definitely get better prices elsewhere and it wasn't made up for in service because the sales person was very intent on watching me enter my PIN number to the point where I was completely uncomfortable with the transaction. read more

My family and I had been coming here for years for alterations. I had a pretty complicated situation and I have always trusted We-Care. My dress was too tight and the wedding was 2 weeks away. Dropped off the dress and was reassured everything was going to be fine and that the belt I brought in could be tacked on. I went in to pick up the dress and the belt wasn't properly tacked on and the let out wasn't done. So I said I have to pick it up the next day the latest and she assured me it would be done. Came in and the belt was tacked on but the beads were falling off, tried on the dress and she hemmed it too short and nothing was let out. When I went to fight this she threatened the police so I paid and left. I'm beyond disappointed in the service that was done. All of my prom dresses from years ago were done here and were great. The owner is now extremely rude and doesn't listen. She didn't do any work to this dress besides breaking the belt and threatening me with the police. I will never go back here for alterations especially for such an important dress as my maid of honor dress for my best friend's wedding. read more

The seamstress here is AMAZING! She has worked some miracles with bridesmaid dresses I've brought in, even altered one of them so I could wear it to another event (yes, it's true - I DID wear it again!). She has even done last-minute emergency alterations for me. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars would be the dry cleaning. They're ok, but they ripped a pocket off of a sweater I brought in, so check your clothes when you pick them up. read more

Needed a dry cleaner that could deliver on time. This was the second dry cleaner I have tried and I will go back. They have rush service, the lady was willing to try and get a pen stain out (was able to lighten), and they hemmed pants for me too. read more

Avoid!! The ruined my wifes favorite garment then were very rude when we went back in. They said they would try and stretch out the dress which I said many times please don't but they took it away and did it anyway. we repeatedly asked them to stop as they had already damaged it enough but they refused and kept going. So upsetting and shocking. Started to LIE and say they weren't stretching it when we could see what they were doing, they said they wanted to get rid of a wrinkle, where there wasn't any. Old lady was shouting Chill out in front of other customers and embarrassing us when we asked them to please stop over and over. Wouldn't re-imburse the cost of the dress even though it was only $150 to them and I said I would be telling my friends who recommended the place and they said go ahead we don't care. Very untrustworthy to lie and ruin a garment then embarrass and upset someone. My wife left crying that they had ruined her favorite dress and they just did not care. should change their name to we will ruin your clothes and not care dry cleaners. Will never be back and felt other people should be very wary. Not trustworthy. read more
