Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. Why face the payment area toward the customer if you're just going to jump in and take over. They are bad about talking about customers where they can hear. The car never gets completely cleaned. Most of the time the vacuums aren't working properly. Once in a while they rush you trying to get you to leave a review for them like a contest but do not change the way they do anything. It's seeming desperate for an overload of reviews to wipe out the negative ones.
