Apparently it's because they are a financial institution, but it never stopped anyone from texting my phone and discussing my business without verifying they were actually talking to me! Also, what's the big secret about adding my loan account to the app? She is lazy and entitled!! She just didn't want to do any work! Come to find out, there was a system glitch on THEIR end. I was on the phone trying to figure it out for an hour, while I was supposed to be managing my own team at work. This is what we can expect from the BRANCH MANAGER!!? Really pitiful!! Credit Karma directed me to this site to apply for a loan, so I applied. After providing all of my…read moreinformation, it stated that my APR would be 14%. So, I continued on to give more information, upload documentation and link my bank account as they requested since it said I was approved. After all this, it stated that a loan specialist would reach out to me. Within an hour or so, someone at the Lake Worth location called me and asked me even more questions. Finally.. after all this.. she ends up telling me that the APR is 29%! What???!! It said I was approved for 14%! If I had known from the beginning that it was 29%, I would have never given them all of that additional information. SCAMMERS FOR SURE!

WTF This place is a fraud and a despicable debt trap .... There's never any consistency with their revolving door staff and/or staff incompetence with procedures...they make the process so painful and difficult .... this business is horrible. I don't remember having this issue on a prior loan, but would not recommend them if they can't fulfill a simple personal loan which could have easily been paid off the next week.
