The owner, Josh, personally came out to do our bid for landscaping cleanup, lawn care, bush/tree trimming, etc. He clearly knew what he was doing and made us feel instantly like we were in good hands. He was able to schedule members of his team to come out and complete the work in less than a week and he personally called to confirm all requested services the day before. Josh's crew (I forget the two gentlemen's names) were so attentive and knowledgeable. My yard was a wreck, but they patiently walked me through everything they intended to do. Went to work and came home to PERFECTION!! So incredibly happy with the results. BTW: After I got our initial quote from Josh, I called around. I actually called 17 different lawn care/landscaping companies in Spokane and Spokane Valley. None of them acted as if they even cared about getting my business. Similar pricing but most were either booked out 3 months (it's late August....so.... not sure what you'd intend to do for us in the winter...) or too busy to accept new customers. One didn't even bother to call back. Marc was on it instantly. Explained his process and costs etc. I was surprised how reasonable it was. I was more impressed with his willingness to work with me. He offered additional seed at no cost in the event I had to dig something up and needed a patch. Said he would come back out if the storm that was brewing that day washed out the seed and reapply it at no extra cost. He gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my newly planted lawn. He urged me to call him with any questions I had. He actually followed up with me to see how it was looking. 10 days later I have a lawn. When you work with Marc, you are working with the guy that does the work as well as own, run and make decisions for the company. If you are considering a lawn, don't waste time doing it yourself. Last season Mother Nature did me right and it was the (previous) landscapers who did me wrong! In a desperate attempt to winterize and such we reached out to cornerstone who called us back within a couple hours! These folks were assessing our residential property the next day in order to give us a quote! Obviously, we decided these guys were the ones for us. We had them take care of all our end of season landscaping work and were left impressed. Before long my terrible spine turned worse and I knew lawn care would be unmanageable for me, even with my sweet new lawnmower and more:-( I take great pride in my lawn and to give that up this season all but killed my ego. I knew that if I was going to hand this responsibility off I couldn't do so haphazardly. I needed someone who would take pride in my lawn the way I do... again, cornerstone came through like a champ! This season all my sprinkler work, sprinkler turn on and backflow was either done by cornerstone or subcontracted to be done. Every single week these wonderful folks show up and mow a mean lawn, the edge and weirdest better than me and they have fixed and messed with each sprinkler on my property. I have been advised that although I love the dumb plant by my fountain that it doesn't belong and will tear up my concrete if I don't remove! I will tell you they have been a bit slower than I would like on a couple occasions but as soon as I gave a gentle reminder they were quick to get it done. What I truly appreciate is that when I had to remind them, they were always apologetic and very accepting of fault. I really value that, especially in a company because it seems too often folks like to pass blame to the next person. It is an honest and genuine trait to accept fault and hustle to get stuff done. So very grateful for this company.

I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
