They were responsive and punctual. Michael showed up on time to give an estimate and provided a quote with 3 days. I was stood up and did not receive so much as a phone call from 2 other companies. 2. Prompt and professional customer service. Whenever I sent an email, my questions were promptly answered. 3. Their bid was fair and reasonable. I received in total 3 bids and the one that was like for like as far as material, installation, and time, was significantly incomplete compared to Michael's, so I went with K2. 4. The work was done and completed to my satisfaction, in spite of winter weather challenges, and I appreciate that more than anything. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. They were comparable to other estimates we received, but ultimately we went with Eden because of Richard. Unfortunately some of the sub contractors he went with were not up to the same standards in our opinion. Cement work was not smooth in places and we had to have them return and fix areas and they still aren't great. Just something to keep in mind, Richard and his brother in law were great.
