I never asked him to swap any heads, and that's about the nicest thing I can assume he did with my heads. He's a defensive Neanderthal, has no communication skills and has no business being in this industry. Avoid at all costs.

A few days later, they came back and put in a French drain system about 80 feet long! They tied in all the rain gutters on both houses to the French drain and took it well outside of our house property. They laid an entire pallet of new sod where you could hardly tell anyone had even been there. It now drains perfectly and the yard looks beautiful. They did excellent work. I would not hesitate to use them again for anything needed requiring landscaping expertise.
