This is a review for the cafe specifically. I'm newer to a keto/low carb diet and have been struggling to find places to go out for a bite. Imagine my excitement when I came across this place and saw this on their website: "Try our delicious meals made using fresh, seasonal ingredients with gluten-free, keto and high-protein options"! My husband and I come in to order takeout. I ask the cashier what on the menu has a keto option. She struggles to give me an answer, leafing through some papers, and ultimately tells me I can create my own bowl with "bison as the best keto protein option". Uhhh.. okay. I instead select the sugarless BBQ burger with no bun and salmon as protein, with a side of broccoli and the berry smoothie. My husband created his own bowl. We get home to eat .. and my burger is sitting inside a bun. Okay. My side order of broccoli was TINY and SOOO SALTY. I'm talking about *inedibly* salty. My husband's bowl with chicken had a whole 9 leaves of spinach, green pepper, and the kale & quinoa base which apparently is basically just rice?? And of course all of it was completely plain (no seasoning) without the added bbq sauce he got on the side. The smoothie was decent so we'll give this place 2 stars. I don't get it, this meal was so unsatisfying. We eat clean so that's not a new concept but I don't understand what 'clean' means here. We will certainly not be coming back. read more

Very nice setup for dining in and take out. Enjoyed shopping the prepped meals, so much to choose from, great selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even a few dessert options! I tried the smoothie and the dessert protein sandwich cookies; both very tasty, however I guess I am not a powder protein fan because both left a bit of an after taste for me. Had the Cowboy pizza, very delicious, even my dad enjoyed it (I just didn't tell him it was on a cauliflower crust - he runs from anything veggie!); he ate 3 slices!! Purchase a few other things to try which I am sure I will enjoy. Service was excellent! Everyone was pleasant and very helpful, answering all of my questions. This place is absolutely great! Every time I've gone in, I've had an amazing experience. Very friendly and kind staff; it almost feels like a family owned business, everyone is just so nice. The place is also very, very clean every time I've gone in, which for food service, that's a major win! The food is fantastic. I could not have imagined how good their Arnold burrito is! I love the concept of the prepped meals too. I honestly haven't tried that part of the service though to be able to comment on that. read more

Can I give this a zero? This was the worst takeout food we have ever gotten....anywhere. Save your money. We got 2 large build your own bowls. My husband's was so bad he threw most of it out. His base was brown rice (was it really?) with shredded beef that had absolutely no taste whatsoever. It was like it was boiled in hot water and shredded; zero seasoning. He received 2 slices of green pepper, 1 asparagus spear cut into 4 pieces and 2 brussel spouts cut in half. My salmon bowl was meh but passable and not something I'd ever get again. The salmon was the same color as boiled chicken (white). We are both healthy eaters and do not frequent any fast food places like McDonalds etc. Healthy food does not need to be tasteless nor a poor value. read more

I was excited to order from here for healthy lunch options but I just tried a flatbread and smoothie. The smoothie is alright but the chicken flatbread is gross, the chicken tasted like canned chicken or even tuna. Do not recommend. read more
