I came to know that I have LDL and triglycerides and very low HDL during my regular blood work and I started feeling its effect on my daily life. I knew that the traditional allopathy medication has side effects so I was looking for treatment which help me reduce my triglycerides and LDL and increase HDL. I consulted Dr Purvi and she studied " my prakruti" and problem and based on that she explained in very simple language what is causing this issue and provided a simple plan which would fix this problem permanently for me which included simple changes in my diet, include herbs from our kitchen along with few aayurvedic medications.
