Burnt turkey ends and sweet potato fries

I really enjoyed this flat bread! It was warm, flavorful, and in my opinion I received a good amount of food for the price. Some said their fries were soggy but mine were firm enough to be called fries. I'd definitely come back here to try other things as there seemed to be a wide variety of options but I went close to closing and wanted to respect them cleaning to leave. It was clean inside and service was friendly. I'd recommend and be back.

Tong Tong Korean Restaurant is an absolute flavor bomb and easily one of my top 3 Korean…read morerestaurants in Colorado Springs. Every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The Kimchi Jjigae is phenomenal--deeply flavorful with just the right amount of sour and spice. It's bold, comforting, and tastes like it's been simmering with intention. The kimchi pancake is perfectly crispy and insanely delicious, and the tteokbokki brings the heat with a spicy, addictive sauce that keeps you going back for "just one more bite." Don't skip the house-made cinnamon-ginger tea--it packs a warm, delicious punch and is the perfect way to round out the meal. And the banchan? Never-ending, always rotating, and every single one is different, delicious, and dangerously addictive. The service is just as great as the food--friendly staff, attentive without hovering, and clearly on top of things. The restaurant is busy (always a great sign), but we didn't wait for a table at all and were seated immediately. The ambiance ties everything together: warm, lively, and comforting without feeling chaotic. It's the kind of place where the energy makes the food taste even better, whether you're there for a casual meal or a full-on comfort-food fix. This place nails flavor, hospitality, and atmosphere all in one. If you love Korean food--or want to fall in love with it--Tong Tong is a must.

The sundubu was very fresh and hot, but a bit too spicy for me. My partner enjoyed it and liked the balance of flavors! The fish was grilled perfectly, but it is one of the dishes where you have to pick out all your bones. The fish had crispy skin on the outside and tender meat on the inside, and it paired very well with the bonchon provided. The waitresses were very kind, and one of them helped pack up leftovers for us :)

Soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. They would check in often, and watched them chat with other customers. It gave it such a warm and homey feeling. I ordered the Gabi Tang and the soup was flavored so well. It came with large pieces of the short rib and a great assortment of banchan. It was a great time and reminded me of growing up in a Korean household and having mom's kind of cooking.

The kalbi was incredibly tender, and I'm very grateful that they provided scissors and tongs. Kalbi's annoying to eat with your hands, so this was a welcome set of tools. The bonchon was good! I don't see this variety of bonchon frequently, so it was a nice change of pace from what I usually see. I wish they provided refills though, because my partner and I finished them super quickly :') The pork bulggogi was okay (in my opinion). You can really feel the paste that they use to make it spicy and to flavor it, which I wasn't a big fan of. The waitress was very friendly and quick to serve people. I'd definitely come back, especially since I feel like this area doesn't get a lot of traffic.
