Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a build-your-own açaí bowl, and it was unbelievably sweet. I hate wasting food so I tried a few bites to make sure it wasn't just one bite that was sweet. Nope, the whole thing was basically sugar. It only took those few bites for my stomach to start hurting and still is as I write this! I took it back to the counter and politely explained that I couldn't eat it because of how excessively sweet it was. The bowl was over $13 plus tax for a small size, so I asked if I could get a refund. The employee called the manager, who refused, saying they couldn't refund it for the reason I gave. I tried to explain that I've never had an açaí bowl that I couldn't eat and this was truly so overly sweet that it was horrible. They didn't care. They didn't offer to remake it, let me choose something else, or provide any type of solution. I was essentially told sorry, too bad so sad. If you order something here and don't like it, don't expect them to make it right. You're simply out the money. As an added concern, the cleanliness was disappointing. The restroom was in very poor condition, with urine and grime on the toilet seat and all over the floor, and it appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location since the Manger is no longer at Keva. On my last 2 trips I makesure to tell the person taking My order that I'm allergic to these items and can you substitute other items that are ok. Both times the forgot and I have a health treating allergic response, from them forgetting not to add those items or they just made a mistake. I'm done with this place before they kill me. read more

On the plus - they had no issue making my bowl without banana. On the negative- the peaches and mango were frozen. Not only frozen chunks of fruit on top, but frozen chunks of fruit mixed in. I just can't eat frozen fruit. Bathrooms are locked. You need to ask for a key to use them. read more

There were 2 workers and they had priority of phone in orders first, we sat there waiting a while for our order to be taken and when we asked for a menu they said they didn't have a paper one, but their menu wasn't turned on the TV. The cashier acted like we were bothering her, which was annoying because we are customers. The selection of frozen yogurts is pretty limited here. And, what they do have is just okay. Two of the machines were out of order. When we went they had tart, almond milk, coconut milk and peach. The texture was pretty icy. They do have a good selection of toppings though. Smoothies are probably the way to go here. I look forward to trying one. read more

This is my favorite juice place in COS. I get the carrot apple ginger every time. It's awesome. The place is always clean and it's always pretty quick. I feel like I should say more... I mean it's my favorite juice place in the whole of Colorado Springs and all I can come up with are a few fragmented sentences. I think I'm just a little off my game. You see I just got back from thanksgiving with the fam and I'm exhausted. Place was decent looking. Seating is awful (3 tables, one is literally right beside the restroom). Frozen yogurt selection was way too small (only 4 flavors; 2 fruity kind, vanilla & cake batter). Employees I dealt with were nice. The froyo toppings bar had a nice variety, but it all seemed to close to stale. I went there two days in a row and the toppings bar was EXACTLY the same as the day before. Almost like they just covered it up for the night. Yogurt is self serve! Price wasn't too bad either (under 4 bucks for about a cup serving size). Cake batter froyo was DELICIOUS...too delicious. I suspect this place isn't as healthy as they claim. I suspect that even more since there was no ingredient list or nutritional information for their frozen yogurt in sight! Even the employees seemed kind of surprised when they couldn't even find an ingredient list or the nutrition facts anywhere in the building! Odd. Overall I liked the froyo! This place has no respect for its costumers. Completely rude. Our apartment complex received back to school coupons to KEVA juice from KEVA juice. They handed out a great deal of free coupons to the lodges of Colorado Springs(our apartment complex). I am also a member of a sports team through the local university UCCS, and a good portion of our team lives at the lodges. Our apartment complex handed out a good amount of these coupons to our team. When we tried to use them the employees of KEVA juice ACCUSED us of printing fake coupons. This is horrible customer service. They said they wouldn't receive coupons from our team again which is outrageous. If they don't want people receiving free KEVA juice then don't hand out the coupons then accuse costumers of printing fake ones. Our team will never go back to this place!!! read more

Keva juice has always had poor customer service, sub par smoothies, and long wait times but I did not know that they also do not have any respect for their customers. They gave out free smoothie coupons to the local apartment building, printed no where on them saying "only one per person" and have been denying them. I was also discriminated against for being on a local sports team, along with being falsely accused of my team printing fake versions of these coupons. They completely disrespected our team and made us feel unwelcome. Wow! My sister and I came across this joint and definitely had a good atmosphere! They employee was super friendly, wished that she had a little help though. Big menu ranging from froyo, juices and smoothies. I like how the smoothies came with a free boost of your choice and that the froyo had a good amount of toppings to choose from. There are about three tables inside and two outside if you want to order-in, otherwise this is primarily a place to order your drink and go. Service: Friendly, professional. What sets this place apart is a soft-serve yogurt area, where you can custom-create your own selection with all sorts of toppings and such. I love Keva Juice smoothies but recently some of their management policies have me a little frustrated. Two weeks ago I came in and paid with a gift card and asked for military discount. I was told that they can't combine the use of a gift card and a discount which is fine. Last week I went back and wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card to check out and then pay for the rest on my debit card. I was told they were unable to split it that way and wound up paying all on my card. Because I wasn't using a gift card this time I again asked for military discount but was told they no longer offered military discount. I don't know when that change was made, and it's totally fine, but the fact that I couldn't use my gift card on top of the changed discount policy really just had me irritated with the whole system. read more

I come here regularly and most of the time the staff knows my drink. They do change up employees from time to time. They are not a juicing company, but wouldn't it be great if they were! I've been frequenting this establishment for a few years. Never had an issue ( at least not worth mentioning). But last visit my son and I went in with a coupon that i purchased from a school fundraiser. I have used this coupon before, never had an issue. This time we went in and bought our usual, 2 large smoothies. The coupon states Buy one "REGULARLY PRICED" smoothie and get another of EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE free. Pretty straight forward so I thought. The girl vehnd the counter made it a point to tell me that it did not apply to the large size. Wait.. Wtf? When did this happen? I re-read thw coupon with her and ask where is says that. She then explains that the max discount she can take off is for a medium smoothie. Again, where does it say that?? She was a little snooty about it and i did email the manager and she confirms that they only will comp for a medium size, saying that when they printed the coupons it wasn't how they told them the special was. Well i call BULLSHIT on that because this coupon has been printed for a few years.. So that means every year they ALLOW it to be printed that way. I'm not in any way trying to get one over on anyone, but I do expect a company to honor it, not argue. I will never go back just BAD BUSINESS. If you like smoothies, (not juices-juicing) this is the best smoothie place in Colorado Springs in my opinion. They have many different choices depending on what you want out of your smoothie and you get a free supplement every time. They also do "Keva Kash" which is basically a gift card. If buy a $25 gift card, you get a free 24 oz smoothie which is great. In the summer months, I easily spend more than $25 on smoothies so I find this to be worthwhile. I do, however, think that Keva JUICE is a little deceitful. They really don't specialize in juicing. Their smoothies are delicious though! read more

I love Keva Juice, however a recent experiences have prompted this review and change of heart. First we checked when their hours were and drove there, later but still in their hours of business on their website. Upon arriving we saw that the lights were off and the open sign was off. We then called the other location and reached a recording that assured us they were open till 10. We drove there and there were people inside so we got out and then a lady shooed us away and then a manager opened the door and said that they closed early for training. This was on a Friday night and was nowhere in their phone recording or their website. It would've been nice to know before driving all the way there. So long story short, even if you expect Keva Juice to be open, there is a good chance they will not be open. read more

I didnt realize the gal at the counter was asking for my name, couldnt be, I didnt go to counter or make eye contact... Then more loudly, "can I get your name for your order" ok, she is talking to me, I walk up saying my name. She didn't hear me (mask) and for a 3rd time now barking loudly, "CAN I HAVE YOUR NAME!?!". I told her I had said my name and then repeated it. She then said "What do you want?". I replied, loudly, "I don't know yet, which is why I didn't come up to the counter...". My goodness!!!
