The food takes a bit to come out but it is far worth it! I ordered a bulgogi breakfast burrito and tater tots. Wow, yes! Bulgogi tasted super homemade and had so many flavors that reminded me growing up first generation Asian in the U.S. plus many other great food memories. The tater tots had that oh so familiar crunch and then some. Pro tip: Take a Tapatio packet and spread it around the bulgogi breakfast burrito! Thank me later! When your food is ready they call out your name as they walk around searching for you. Service has a huge smile and everyone has a bounce in their energy. They are meticulous about serving size AND flavor! Would love to return on our next trip to Springs to try other things on the menu. What a great spot! read more

I'm leaning between a 4 and 4.5 because the drink was really tasty. I got half sweet because most places over do it with sugar but I think normal would've been okay! Half sweet was perfect too. I like the touch screen set up they have because it shows all the pictures too so it's just easy to order and scroll through the entire menu. It was also bigger than I expected, plenty of seating and parking outside. It's not in the best area but nothing they can do about that. It was very clean inside too which is always appreciated. Avocado Sandwich: Lacking some seasoning so it wasn't as good as I would've wanted but still tasty. The eggs were fluffy and they use good toasted bread for the sandwiches. I feel like it's decently priced too and large. 7/10 Berry Cloud Matcha: Not overly sweet and was beautifully presented. The berry mix in was so good and whatever was on top was even better! Egg sandos/sandwiches have become a popular, trendy food over the past few years, and I appreciate the slightly unique twist on it, especially with their inclusion of desserts and cafe items. I finally made it in to check it out as I had been wanting to for a while now. The location is in kind of a weird area but don't let that deter you! The food and drinks are SO GOOD! I got a ham/bacon/egg sandwich and a strawberry matcha drink. My friend got the bulgogi sandwich and we swapped half and half so we could each try both. They were both super good in their own ways, depends on what you're in the mood for but I would definitely go back! We want to go back to try some of the other sandwiches and drinks another time. The trick at this wonderful restaurant is to arrive when they are not busy! We got there just after 8 AM and the parking lot already looked full. Be aware, lots of people use that parking lot so park on the street if you must. When we went inside, we were the only customers present. We were greeted and use the kiosk to place our order. My husband chose the classic burrito while I decided to have the beef Bulgogi burrito (with the eggs on the side - which I know is weird) and we each had a bowl of creamy broccoli corn soup. We also ordered a bottle of water each, and later realized that there is a free water station, but which we did not see it first. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Our burritos came out and the soup - everything looked and smelled delicious. The big bowl of fluffy scrambled eggs, which accompanied my burrito looks so tasty. I almost ate some, but my arthritis would not have forgiven me so I gave them to my husband. Despite my burrito not containing eggs, it was still very full with beef Bulgogi, tater tots, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce and was so very good! (If you look at my photos, you will see that the size of my husband's classic burrito and the size of my Bulgogi burrito without the eggs is about the same, plus, there is a cup full of scrambled eggs beside my burrito) My husband enjoyed his classic burrito, saying the eggs were very light and fluffy and tasted so good. We both enjoyed the broccoli soup which contained a lot of corn as well as fresh broccoli. The owner came out to check on how we were enjoying our breakfast and we assured her that everything was delicious. She asked if I would like to try their coffee and I agreed. The coffee was quite tasty, strong and flavorful, but not bitter. One slightly different thing about this restaurant is that they seem to be going for a fast food vibe with the self ordering kiosks, but they also bring out your food if they are not busy. This place was unbelievably expensive, which I expected due to the hyper-trendy decor. I would have had very little problem with that if the food was worth it. It was not. Not only was it lacking in flavor entirely, but everything was incredibly greasy. It looked and tasted as though everything was cooked in way too much oil. My other issue with the price is that they include absolutely nothing but that single item you ordered. No sides whatsoever, and the portions aren't big enough to justify the lack of sides. Again, this wouldn't be a problem if they weren't charging so much for it all. Neither the quantity nor the quality was worth such an expense. We shared an order of fries which were very crispy & fresh delicious & I had the strawberry oat matcha drink very nice btw she had a Perrier. Total just under $50. Lush is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs and the perfect breakfast spot! I'm visiting Colorado for work from California, and this place was recommended to me, it definitely lived up to the hype. When I walked in, I loved the convenient self-order kiosk with photos of each menu item, making it easy to browse and decide what to order. The sweet barista behind the espresso bar served me a delicious latte topped with a scoop of ice cream, which was such a fun and tasty touch. The sauces add so much flavor and it's not too much (I believe it's the white sauce that was a taddd bit sweet so just a heads up on that because it did throw me off guard, but it was still good) you can always opt out of any of the sauces. The fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of salt. Now the Strawberry Matcha was by far MY favorite thing on the menu.. When we walked in, we were also surprised by how spacious, clean, and lively the interior was! We got a bulgogi egg sandwich and a bulgogi burrito which were both very flavorful and juicy. They were also pretty big which filled us up quickly. I also got the mango matcha latte which was just alright. I enjoyed the fresh mango purée/bits but the matcha taste was not coming thru and it tasted milky overall. Was greeted by a pair of kiosks to place an order so I placed the (2 person $47) order, having interacted with no human. There was one table ahead of us in an otherwise empty restaurant. We noticed the owner (or at very least manager) walk in and join the table ahead of us. Still no one has acknowledged us. After sitting for 30 minutes, we notice the table ahead of us has food, the group that came in behind us receives drinks immediately. We continued to be patient (yet ignored) until that same table got their actual food. We eventually get up and find staff to give us a refund, only for them to tell us our order never went through the kiosk, because we missed the prompt to sign in even though I immediately got a notice from the bank about the transaction. While I can acknowledge my user error with the kiosk, I feel like in an empty restaurant noticing customers sitting without food or drinks for 30 minutes may prompt you to ask if you need anything. Not to mention the fact that this place sells only sandwiches and breakfast burritos but were out of bread so we were limited in our ordering scope from the start. Not a great experience. read more

The spam sandwich is my favorite surprise: it totally reminds me of being a kid, and the small peppers they serve with it are exactly the spice level I like. I also really appreciate the choice between their Tapatio packets or the chili peppers depending on my mood.
