Update: I wanted to clarify my original review. My intention was never to hurt the business, the owner, or the employees. The food was great, the space was beautiful, and after speaking with the owner, I can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, her business, and her employees. My review was mainly about the customer service experience that day, and I posted it hoping the employees could take it as feedback and understand how much hospitality matters. A simple greeting, kindness, and good energy can make such a big difference in how customers feel. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to train and build a strong team. I also understand that employees are still learning and growing too. After talking with the owner, I respect her even more because she handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and care. I truly wish them nothing but success, and I'm looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Colorado Springs. read more

First time here and ready for breakfast, this restaurant reminds me of Egg Slut in California, I feel this restaurant has a bigger variety of menu items. I finally made it in to check it out as I had been wanting to for a while now. The location is in kind of a weird area but don't let that deter you! The food and drinks are SO GOOD! I got a ham/bacon/egg sandwich and a strawberry matcha drink. My friend got the bulgogi sandwich and we swapped half and half so we could each try both. They were both super good in their own ways, depends on what you're in the mood for but I would definitely go back! We want to go back to try some of the other sandwiches and drinks another time. I would recommend trying this place if you haven't yet and are looking for a good breakfast or brunch spot! read more

We were visiting from California and wanted to grab a quick breakfast. We're so glad to have found this gem! My boyfriend and I each got a breakfast burrito (ham; add bacon and the bulgogi) since we are trying to limit our carb intake and both burritos were absolutely delicious! Each burritos was packed with flavor and well portioned from egg to tots to protein. The quality was solid and very well priced! Being from CA, this was a steal for us. I think they're still working out some kinks since they just opened. I would come for the food and take it to go. You walk in and there's one screen to order on, I was behind a family of four so it took a few minutes and peeped their order was almost $100 so something to be mindful of there. Hopefully they eventually get a second screen to order on because by the time I was leaving the line was almost out the door. I went after hiking so I just wanted a sandwich and got the avocado egg sandwich, easy enough to order when there's one person. Once you pay (card only), you get a number. I wanted to go sit outside but the employees were just shouting out the number and not walking outside so there was a bunch of people just standing around. Besides them yelling out my number, I had zero interaction with staff. Take that what you will but that's not my jam. I finally got my sandwich, yes it was pretty for the socials but wish the avocado would have been more dispersed since it was all at the top. It was a good portion and plenty to fill you up so that's a bonus! I was leaving to go put my tray away and an employee was right by me, picked up all the trays, looked at me then just walked away so I started a new pile. So that was my lasting impression there. The trick at this wonderful restaurant is to arrive when they are not busy! We got there just after 8 AM and the parking lot already looked full. Be aware, lots of people use that parking lot so park on the street if you must. When we went inside, we were the only customers present. We were greeted and use the kiosk to place our order. My husband chose the classic burrito while I decided to have the beef Bulgogi burrito (with the eggs on the side - which I know is weird) and we each had a bowl of creamy broccoli corn soup. We also ordered a bottle of water each, and later realized that there is a free water station, but which we did not see it first. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Our burritos came out and the soup - everything looked and smelled delicious. The big bowl of fluffy scrambled eggs, which accompanied my burrito looks so tasty. I almost ate some, but my arthritis would not have forgiven me so I gave them to my husband. Despite my burrito not containing eggs, it was still very full with beef Bulgogi, tater tots, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce and was so very good! (If you look at my photos, you will see that the size of my husband's classic burrito and the size of my Bulgogi burrito without the eggs is about the same, plus, there is a cup full of scrambled eggs beside my burrito) My husband enjoyed his classic burrito, saying the eggs were very light and fluffy and tasted so good. We both enjoyed the broccoli soup which contained a lot of corn as well as fresh broccoli. The owner came out to check on how we were enjoying our breakfast and we assured her that everything was delicious. She asked if I would like to try their coffee and I agreed. The coffee was quite tasty, strong and flavorful, but not bitter. One slightly different thing about this restaurant is that they seem to be going for a fast food vibe with the self ordering kiosks, but they also bring out your food if they are not busy. My husband and I were visiting in town from Las Vegas and being from a town where we have access to anything we want makes us crave little Mom and Pop places like this. The restaurant is relaxing and very inviting. The staff 10/10 super kind and sweet. The food I can't rate high enough. I'll be dreaming about the bulgogi ribeye egg sandwich until I can come back to the Springs. The fries seriously some of the best fries I've ever had in my life with the perfect amount of crunch. Interesting location you go though a few blocks of homeless people and empty buildings & the road turns right & it's right after the road turns.... Next to another business not another storefront though. Parking was also ... interesting. I parked across the street in front of someone's house. The food was pretty good. I ordered the Salisbury steak & egg burrito because none of the sandwiches offered the option of not having the mayo on them & it looked like a lot of mayo (not a fan of large amounts of mayo) I asked for the spicy mayo on the side. My friend got the ham & cheese burrito & it was super messy so im glad i got the sauce on the side. We shared an order of fries which were very crispy & fresh delicious & I had the strawberry oat matcha drink very nice btw she had a Perrier. Total just under $50. All in all good ... would I go back? Maybe. I'd like to try a sandwich but I'd like the option of modifying it. read more

Food is great, service is fine but my major take aways are the kiosk and location. The kiosk makes first timers confused and everyone has questions sometimes, Maybe just have someone in the general area ready to help. Also, the location is on the boarder of the rescue mission. Got a pick up order for the family which included the uber matcha, couple bulgogi burritos and breakfast sandwiches and they were so great! Recommend the ube matcha and bulgogi sandwich. I literally have to stop myself from coming here everyday! The sandwich sooo good! The eggs are fluffy and super soft on perfectly toasted buttery bread. The sauces add so much flavor and it's not too much (I believe it's the white sauce that was a taddd bit sweet so just a heads up on that because it did throw me off guard, but it was still good) you can always opt out of any of the sauces. The fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of salt. Now the Strawberry Matcha was by far MY favorite thing on the menu.. I usually have to modify Matcha in order for me to drink them, but this one was perfect as is. The vibe was a cozy café style, with super friendly staff and you can tell that they CARE! My bf and i were visiting the area and wanted to grab some quick breakfast before we hit the road, so we were pleased to find a place that sold korean egg drop sandwiches! When we walked in, we were also surprised by how spacious, clean, and lively the interior was! We got a bulgogi egg sandwich and a bulgogi burrito which were both very flavorful and juicy. They were also pretty big which filled us up quickly. I also got the mango matcha latte which was just alright. I enjoyed the fresh mango purée/bits but the matcha taste was not coming thru and it tasted milky overall. Was greeted by a pair of kiosks to place an order so I placed the (2 person $47) order, having interacted with no human. There was one table ahead of us in an otherwise empty restaurant. We noticed the owner (or at very least manager) walk in and join the table ahead of us. Still no one has acknowledged us. After sitting for 30 minutes, we notice the table ahead of us has food, the group that came in behind us receives drinks immediately. We continued to be patient (yet ignored) until that same table got their actual food. We eventually get up and find staff to give us a refund, only for them to tell us our order never went through the kiosk, because we missed the prompt to sign in even though I immediately got a notice from the bank about the transaction. While I can acknowledge my user error with the kiosk, I feel like in an empty restaurant noticing customers sitting without food or drinks for 30 minutes may prompt you to ask if you need anything. Not to mention the fact that this place sells only sandwiches and breakfast burritos but were out of bread so we were limited in our ordering scope from the start. Not a great experience. read more

I've been working my way through the menu and have tried every sandwich and burrito at this new local spot--everything has been consistently great. The spam sandwich is my favorite surprise: it totally reminds me of being a kid, and the small peppers they serve with it are exactly the spice level I like. I also really appreciate the choice between their Tapatio packets or the chili peppers depending on my mood. The only suggestion I'd make is adding a hot chocolate option, ideally something like Abuelita hot chocolate. That would be the perfect cozy add-on to an already awesome menu. Been drooling over Egg Lush and the pictures people have been posting. Woke up today and immediately went. First-you order at a kiosk. Fairly simple and easy. Second-the food was delicious. I ordered the bacon sandwich and added avocado. The bread is just the right amount of toasted. The eggs were extremely fluffy and light. The whole thing was gone (and I rarely finish meals!) We also ordered fries (I was on a breakfast date with my 8-year old). They had great flavor. Tried to get her to get the tots but she was set on fries. I also ordered a classic burrito but that's for my breakfast tomorrow. The drink was REALLY good. I ordered the Ube Matcha Latte. I had never had one and now that I have I see I haven't been living my life to the fullest. Cons: I sat outside (trying to hold on to summer, so don't @ me fall people) and there were bees (not the good kind) flying around constantly. Recommend eating inside. My order came with two burritos and fries so they had to redo it-(we had been waiting about 20 minutes which is fine for us but others may have expectations of faster service. Once the correct order came, our fries were missing so I had to go inside and ask for them) The sandwiches are messy. There's no way around that. Grab extra napkins inside. I wish I had a fork and small plate so I could scoop up what fell on the tray/table. Again, none of that is a big deal and they haven't been open long and are still fine tuning things so don't expect perfection! We tried the sandwich with steak in it. It was definitely delicious and worth coming back for! Obsessed with the sauce they make in the sandwich. The matcha ube (not pictured) was delicious too! This place was PHENOMENAL! I can't say often the food looks exactly as it does in the pictures but my gosh it did and it tasted even better! The only thing I would've wanted was a little thicker of napkins and my own tray, because man was the sandwich dripping with saucy goodness!
