Dear Clean Eatz Team, I've been a loyal customer for the past two years, and my daughter and I visit regularly as part of our weekly subscription. We've truly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere in the past. Unfortunately, since the transition to corporate management, I've noticed a decline in consistency and quality. There have been multiple order mistakes, and the overall experience feels much less positive than it used to. What's been most disappointing is the shift in the environment. The energy among management, employees, and even customers seems increasingly negative, which makes visits less enjoyable than they once were. I was reminded in a text that I needed to visit again because when I registered last time I came I was rewarded with free birthday bowl. I came in and was greeted by employees with a smile and were very helpful in getting me started on making my bowl. You choose protein, base, veggies and your sauce. My bowl was so good! I also picked up few frozen ready meals for later in week. It's a very clean and colorful building and there was quite a few seated at tables having lunch here. Came here for lunch in a Friday around 11:20. Easily able to find a parking spot in the lot out front. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu. Lots of wraps, bowls, and salad options to choose from. They all sounded very good. Workers were nice. I chose to make my own bowl. I was able to choose a base, protein, and three vegetables with a sauce. I really enjoyed the meal! Everything was very good. It was a good size and I was full afterwards. The price was ~$12 with tip which I thought was fair. Ingredient tasted fresh and healthy. The inside was a little small with only tables of 4 but we were able to pull a chair up. No plain water available. They had some meals to go which would be nice for lunch at work.
