They have a spot before the bay that you can do your windshield (bug wash) and wheel wash. I didn't bother with those so I can't comment on them. I went to the window and gave my car wash ticket. The employee was really friendly and explained how it worked. Drove around the corner to the wash bay and was directed into the wash. The employee there was really friendly as well. I saw vacuums to the right of the wash bay. It's soft cloth washes which is nice. The dryer is very strong but my car was still bit wet when I left but it dried while driving home. I can't complain about a free wash. I was thankful since my car was so dirty. Haha

However, during a wash last month, the shark fin antenna on the roof of my vehicle was broken off. I submitted a claim on-site, and the staff at the location were courteous and supportive. Unfortunately, the claims department denied responsibility without conducting any inspection or review of the vehicle, stating--without evidence--that the damage was due to a manufacturer defect. They also noted that no other vehicles were damaged that day, which is not a valid basis to dismiss an individual claim. To verify, I brought the vehicle to Chevrolet for inspection. Their assessment confirmed there is no manufacturer defect, and the damage is consistent with an external force--specifically, the car wash.
