There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. I figured I had to be on to something. I like the location. This part of Wilson Mills is not terribly busy. You simply turn in like you're going to the cleaners, but continue around the back of the building. The prices were reasonable. I got the works for $16.50. The man working was very nice and efficient. He even thanked me for giving them a try (like he had ESP). I was thrilled that they pre-spray. Inside I noticed the materials were soft, so this put me at ease. I've had horror stories in this department at other places. I really felt like I was getting a deep wash. I drove down the road and inspected the finished product. I must say my street salt beaten and battered baby looked good as new! The only thing I wish was that my tires were shinier. They do have a tire upgrade and I forgot to add it so that's my fault. I'm willing to give them another shot with the $2.00 enhanced tire experience.

I did try another car wash last week on the other side of the plaza, but did NOT get the service I had anticipated and the attendant was BEGGING me to give her a high customer service rating for just a single car wash. Plus that place was waaay to busy - I don't have time to wait forever in a long line. I like Wheely because I was greeted with a smile and ALL my endless questions were answered. I was passing through the area when my maps informed me Valley Laser Wash was nearby. If you don't know this area, it's very easy to drive by the location as it's a little set back on the grounds. It's a self-pay kiosk car wash, meaning there's no attendants there to help. You basically just pop your credit card in the machine, select your wash and self-guide in against the light-up sign instructions. The signs were clear enough to follow even through the physical wash itself. For a self-guided car wash it was a fine experience! No complaints about how it washed my car. I paid for the premium wash (again, my poor car really needed it), and I was happy with the results. The prices seem to be a little under-market too (especially the premium wash), though you'll pay for vacuums. If you're in this industrial part of Northeast Ohio and need a car wash, I definitely recommend this 24 hour laser wash.
