I'm honestly disappointed with the service. The job was to clean three rooms, a hallway, and the stairs. Two areas--a room and the hallway--had visible urine spots under UV light. After they finished, the carpets smelled fresh, but that only lasted about 30 minutes. It seemed like they didn't even bother vacuuming before starting. The same urine spots were still there under UV, with no improvement. I ended up using my own wet vacuum spot cleaner to address it, and I got a full tank of dirty water, which just proves they only deodorized the carpet rather than giving it a proper deep clean. read more

Appointment availability was within 3 days, which was impressive since just about everything else has to be scheduled way out. Appointment was today and the tech was called to ask if he could come earlier than the scheduled appt, which was awesome. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a preliminary walk through with a blank light. It appears my little dog has been busy. I opted to add on pet stain treatment that is charged per stain or by room. I was very disappointed with the work performed by Curtis and the company's mediocre attempt to make things right. I had two small rooms and a hallway cleaned, but also had the hallway stretched. The carpet in the bedrooms somehow came off the tack strip a few days later. (The home was unoccupied so the messed up carpet was certainly caused by the technician somehow.) The company said they'd send somebody out to fix it, but the next thing I know I'm getting squeezed for another $150 for work that was created by their own technician. So now I'm ~$350 deep on two bedrooms and a hallway. Rather than offer any discount, they offered me a coupon for my next cleaning. That's cute right? As a landlord I need better reliability than this when I have work done. I recently had Clean Green clean my carpets. I thought it was a good price but for the quality it was horrible! They guaranteed a pet pee spot would come out if I paid extra for the special cleaner but it didn't come out. They also double charged me on two different debit cards because the first one didn't work at first. it took over a month to get my money back. Plus, they said they would refund the money for the special pet cleaner since the stain didn't come out and I haven't received that yet and it's been 6 weeks. plus, it took 8 hours for my carpets to dry and that's only because I had fans blowing on them all day long. And now my carpets are all crusty from the cleaner or something. a month after getting them cleaned, my carpets looked dirtier than they did before I cleaned them. My carpet was clean when they left but then the spots came back after it started drying. They did a deep spot clean and it didn't make a difference. They also ruined a base board because they left too much water in the carpet. My living room had too much soap left in it and so the soap attracted more dirt and I was getting new dirt spots. We do not wear any shoes on our carpet and so it was frustrating that it actually made it worse having them come clean. I quickly got on the phone to Zerorez even though it was more expensive and they fixed everything. It's been 2 months and the carpet looks new again. read more

We got the Groupon for 5 rooms. When the first technician came, it became apparent he was inexperienced and careless. He also seemed in a hurry once we declined any extras. He went so fast it seemed like all he did was make the carpet wet. Not just wet, sopping wet. We asked him to go over existing stains and he claimed they wouldn't come out. We called the main office and they sent someone else. WOW was he so much better. It went from a frustrating experience to a wonderful experience. He was kind, courteous, thorough, and worked hard, working from 6-8:30 pm without complaint, and our carpets look like new. I recently used these guys to clean carpets in a condo I own in Utah. I guess scheduling wasn't too bad--I had to rebook once because I guess the guy's schedule changed. The carpets were in decent shape prior to the cleaning and I just wanted them touched up before new tenants moved in. The carpets basically looked and smelled the same after. I even noticed some spots I hoped would be gone remained. So I grabbed a bottle of Folex and removed them myself in seconds. Not sure what was so hard about that for the carpet cleaning guy. I had previously had a good experience with this company. This time they came and quoted my one bedroom as two saying it was too big, they have never done that before! They also quoted my rugs very high when they were cheaply made rugs, I believe the quote was for more than the rug! They also quoted my sectional very high when I had said I don't need the cushions done because I can wash them in the washing machine.
