Maria and Tonis were so wonderfully nice and easy to work with. They really did a super-human job and turned our apartment into an entirely new place including getting at all the nooks and crannies at least I never manage to get at myself. I will start out positive and say the cleaning was good…read more However there were a lot of issues - they upped the fee $10 without proper notification - they charge you before you even receive a service - they will randomly just put a cleaning on your calendar via google calendar without a call, text, or email (including changing appointments sometimes too) - they are incredibly unreliable. I think I had 1 or 2 services that actually happened when they were originally scheduled for. Otherwise there was always an excuse for a same day delay or even moving to another day. Excuses included traffic, car accident, sick, an appointment running late (mind you I was the first apt of the day at 9 am and I received a text at 9 am) or just no reason and needing to move it. Keep in mind I used them once a month for less than a year and I used the same woman. Quite the coincidence that all of those things happened to the same professional the one time I had an appointment a month. They need to get their scheduling and back office in order. They lost a customer because of it.
