Due to a medical disability I wasn't able to install waterproof seat covers in my vehicle (our dog loves water and riding in the truck). Full disclosure My original review was 3.5/5 stars. The reason was because of a miscommunication on both our parts. I wanted to get my whole car detailed, interior and exterior, but it ended up in miscommunication and only part of the car was done. From here on is my updated review After I wrote the review, Rick (the owner) called me. We worked it out and talked about what went wrong. He took responsibility for the mistake which I liked, even though it wasn't his fault. We scheduled another detail a week after the first detail and Rick said he would come out personally to finish the detail. Once he showed up, he was very professional and completed the detail in about an hour. He said he would give me the detail for free but I still gave him some money for the detail. This morning, our sweet 2 year old doggo had an accident in my husband's company truck. The body fluids, from both ends, covered the back seat and passenger seat. In a panic, I started calling mobile detailing companies. Rick called me back immediately, and he was able to get some things moved around and Philippe was able to push off another job by a couple hours to fit in our emergency biohazard clean. When they were finished, I asked them to take a look at a rather large scratch that someone had deposited on the door of my Tacoma. I brought him a pretty disgusting car since I am a mom with three young kids. Rick was quick, efficient and did a great job at communicating with me while he had my car. The reason for one missing star is because I did find a couple things upon pick up that weren't up to my standards but I brought them up to Rick who apologized and immediately fixed them to be the way I wanted.
