Amazing job done on my vehicle! Inside and out! I park under this horrible tree at work that leaves sticky fine pollen all over my car and these guys were 100% able to remove it! The detailer was on time and knew exactly what I wanted. I thought they may decide not to do my car because of the area I'm in.... A sort of strip mall type location. But, nope! He was professional and made sure my services were not putting any "strain" on the parking lot/customer traffic! As a matter of fact, I have referred many of my customers and patients that noticed my car being taken care of that day to clean image, including my co-workers! I have to note, It poured rain later that evening but so it goes.... My car still looked AMAZING for 15 hours! Lol. I've rebooked for every 3 weeks and it is worth every penny! I picked up some drunk friends on st.patties and as one can imagine it ended with my interior covered in Puke so after my own cleaning I needed a detail stat! I checked out a couple of other places, via Yelp, Facebook and Instagram and decided to give them a based off of pictures. Do not waste your time. Detailing is luxury service not everyone can afford thus the cleaning should be above par. The cleaning I received was the same I could have gotten at one of the quick car washes such as Mission Car Wash or the one in Sparks. The drivers side seat was soaked with water, not sure what happened. They didn't steam clean areas, vacuum, wipe areas. So very frustrating. The owner then tries to send me before and after photos from two different areas of my car. One area that was already clean (3rd row seating which has never been used in two years) ‍ Lastly, Armor all should NEVER be used on the steering wheel! This is dangerous and causes the wheel to be slippery. read more

Rick was the most responsive of all the car detail companies I reached out to. I got a quote and scheduled my appt all in the same day. When I arrived, Rick was super personable, kind, and professional. He inspected my car and gave an honest cost that matched the quote he gave me. The estimated time was 3 hours, and it did wind up taking 4 hours, but I told him I was free all day and to not rush. When I picked it up I was in love! The headlights on our 2006 Tacoma were very yellowed and almost opaque. We made an appointment. When I arrived they took the car immediately, and did the restoration work. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. My five year old Murano looked better after Omar and Romero were done with it, inside and out, than it did when I drove it off the lot after purchasing it brand new. I'm not kidding. Been looking for a quality mobile car wash/detailing service in Reno. This is the 3rd one I have tried and was recommended to me. My SUV needed a good overall cleaning and detailing. It had numerous scratches, one small dent from someone's car door in a parking lot, needed a good cleaning of the leather, polish, wheels etc. Diego came out to perform the service and was in a word FANTASTIC!
