I wasn't fully happy. The tile was left looking dirty, water puddles on my wood, that I luckily wiped up right away. In addition he got edges of my carpet wet and left dirty, a couple baseboards hit and left dirty. I won't go with this company again. B R Y A N First, there was zero transparency. He failed to mention over the phone that he required a home water hookup. I assumed a professional carpet cleaner would have an onboard water tank, or at least the decency to ask beforehand. My outdoor spigots have a minor leak, and had he communicated this requirement, I would have declined the service. Instead, I was forced to scramble and move extra equipment around last minute. Second, the laziness was staggering. He was in such a rush that he couldn't be bothered to move a basic cat tree slightly to the left to clean the carpet underneath. It's common sense. I am paying over $100 for a straightforward task; the bare minimum expectation is that the entire floor gets cleaned. To top it all off, he left the bottom of my stairs soaking wet. It's a massive slipping hazard for anyone walking down. I work in commercial and residential HVAC/R. I know what it means to service a client's property. I would never do a shitty, half-assed job on someone's home, leave a mess behind, and expect them to just deal with it. Have some respect for your clients and your own business. If the owner of the company lacks this much basic common sense and professionalism, I can't imagine how poorly the rest of the business is run. Second, the service person tried to ask for more money then we were quoted. When we refused he did as swft job as possible & rushed to get out quickly. Our stairs were not cleaned well at all. Unfortunately, he did this only in my kitchen, chemical splash throughout the rest of my home occured. He came in 2 visits. I noticed the dirty spots at an angle, after paying and after he left. He stated he would come back and did, he scrubbed the floor again. He said he would have to send another employee to clean the office chair. Which he never did. I messaged and called him several times and still never got my office chair cleaned that I PAID for! He ultimately stated he would reimburse me however, i never recieved that money. I was a bit skeptical about Clean Investments ability to get a fresh motor oil stain over 3/4 of my vehicle back seat out. Bryan said that he was willing to give it a try. He even went back to his shop to get a better tool for the job. The material was a synthetic suede. I noticed that Bryan had even cleaned all of the other seat inserts. That's service! I gave it 5 days to let the sun hit it and dry thoroughly. There was no ring and no oil residue. The seat now looks like all of the others.
