Excellent service and EXCELLENT cleaning !!!! What a relief to have someone you can trust to clean your carpet! I've been using Clean Investment since 2018. Really great company! Great value for your money!

Stairs, I know they are dark but even them being so dark I could tell a difference in cleanliness.

Bang for your $$$! Brian was the one who did my carpets. I told him I was in a rush and he luckily had an opening for me the very next day. Offered to come sooner if he had a cancelation. He did a great job, was very polite and endured my lousy humor. ‍ Great Service! Thank you!

Jeremy's pricing was reasonable and it came out beautifully. He also left the space super-clean and even put down a large drop cloth to protect our carpeted stairs from his shoes whilst going back and forth. (A small touch that I really appreciated since I have small kids who play in the floors and I'm particular about keeping our floors clean.) What was most remarkable about Jeremy was his work ethic, timeliness and responsibility. He came out to give an estimate right away and then started the project within a few days after. He completed the entire build within 5 days of starting and even worked all through Sunday to complete the job on time. We've already decorated the new space and my husband started working from it, all in less than 2 weeks of calling him.

Built a banquette for our kitchen. 2. Fixed our yard's water flow issue. 3. Removed old floors and relayed new floors in both of our houses. 4. Completely remodeled our bathrooms. 5. Hung funky exposed shelving in our kitchen. 6. Created lock off spaces in our rental home. 7. Hung huge chandeliers. 8. Hung our televisions. 9. Ironed out electrical problems. 10. Replaced all of our doors. 11. Installed the ring system on all of our doors. There's more... but you get the idea. He does is all. He also cleans up after himself, which is highlighted by the fact that others I've hired before him have not. We are grateful to know him & plan to use him whenever the opportunity arises. Great guy. Hard worker and quality, quality, quality.

I asked can u at least assist on how to remove the camera from the wall, they said no. With 100$ u can buy a brand new ring camera on Amazon. Ridiculous! Their own product doesn't work within 2 years and they cant assist through the phone but also charge 100$ just to come to take a loot at it. Worst customer service. I am not the one that usually reviews, but enough is enough. There are so many issues ( things breaking down) inside the house within the first year of building ( including HOA issues and parking issues that they chose). Cheap quality overall.

Our Challenging First Months in a Meritage New Construction Home…read more This rating is generous given the number of challenges we have encountered since moving into our new Meritage home at Heirloom Farm less than four months ago (mid-February). I am sharing this detailed review to help prospective buyers understand the realities of working with this builder. Meritage promotes a one-year homeowner warranty program, yet we have found the company takes minimal accountability for issues. However, please note that at the time of this review, half of the below issues have been eventually addressed to some extent. Below is a summary of our experience to date: * Blinds: We were told blinds would be installed prior to move-in; however, none were in place, despite neighboring vacant units having theirs. It took three weeks for installation, during which we were advised to purchase temporary blinds ourselves. * Refrigerator: Three weeks after moving in, the refrigerator (delivered and installed by Meritage) failed, resulting in $300 of spoiled food. Meritage redirected us to Frigidaire, whose technician determined the failure was due to damage incurred during delivery. As neither Meritage nor Frigidaire accepted responsibility, we were left to absorb the loss. (Frigidaire didn't compensate as there was no issues with the product itself, issue happened when put in place in the home). * Air Conditioning: In mid-May, as temperatures exceeded 100°F, the AC system failed. It took ten days for a technician to resolve the issue, during which time we had to purchase fans and a portable heater for colder mornings. No compensation or support was offered by Meritage for these interim costs. * Solar Panels: We invested $20,000 in solar panels, a key feature of Meritage's "energy-efficient" marketing, only to discover in late May that the system had never been activated. After multiple calls, we were passed between solar companies due to the original installer's bankruptcy. Ultimately, we had to send a formal demand letter (May 16) to push Meritage to coordinate activation. As of today, we are awaiting the permit approval process with Edison, which could take up to six additional weeks. My request to Meritage to get electric bills reimbursed from the time we moved in until solar panels are working remains unanswered as of early June. We also recently learned -- contrary to what we were told during rhetorical purchasing process -- that the system does not include battery storage, meaning excess solar power does not cover nighttime usage, resulting in continued electricity charges. (During the sales process, we were told by a rep living in the community that they haven't paid an electric bills in months due to solar panels efficiency). * Water Leak: In late May, we discovered a ceiling leak on the third floor ceiling due to an improperly connected AC pipe. While a technician arrived promptly to assess and mitigate the immediate issue, repairs were delayed several days (during that time, according to the tech's recommendation, we had to have a loud dehumidifier machine on 24/7 to ensure the carpet and other wet areas would completely dry), and as of early June, we are still awaiting drywall restoration. While some Meritage staff members have been helpful (during sale process and first few weeks we moved in the house) the frequency and severity of these issues -- particularly in a brand-new home -- have significantly undermined our confidence in the company's construction quality and customer service. For context, we previously owned a 20+ year-old home without experiencing such persistent issues. I hope this review provides valuable insight for future buyers considering Meritage Homes, and I recommend proceeding with caution and clear expectations regarding post-sale support.
