Saw the ad on Insta. I gave them a call. The got back to me in minutes. I had a few questions, they answered the all. Set up an appointment. They were there on time and greeted me with a smile. Introduced themselves and got to work. Measured the SqFt correctly and started work. It took 2 hours with an hour for sealant to dry. Results- Unbelievable. What a great job. Travertine looks like it did 20 years ago when we put it in. I cannot recommend them enough. Whoever uses them are in good hands. Better yet, he was able to achieve the lightest and brightest results in a quarter of the time it would have taken me. He is always so friendly and professional. In addition, I asked Brandon to steam clean my looped carpet on the stairs. In no time, he was able to make this high traffic area look as if it was just installed! They came to my home and cleaned and sealed my travertine and also cleaned my carpets. They are very professional and made sure to go over and beyond on making sure my floors were cleaned by allowing us to move furniture out of the way. They made my floors look new again. We hired the Dirt Army to clean our travertine floors. The floors look great!!! But the damage to the baseboards is horrible!!! To Gary's credit he came out and looked at the damage and ultimately did not charge me for the job. I now need to find someone to come in and replace baseboards. If two people were here together one engaging in the cleaning while the other wipe the excessive water we would not be in this mess and this would have been a 5 star review. read more

I saw their vehicle at a home during my day at work. I looked them up on YouTube and watched the video to see their work. I watched the tile & grout cleaning job, and was very impressed since our tile was in dire need of a good cleaning, since it never was cleaned like they do. Highly recommended. Gary is honest and thorough in his work. We had his employee Brandon out for some stubborn stains who worked diligently in removing them. Our carpets are old and hadn't been professionally cleaned in too long so this was a challenging job. They were able to get out many of the stains and reimbursed me for the areas that were too damaged in the first place to correct (even though they earnestly tried!) I will be a return customer for our upholstery and other areas of the house that need cleaning from now on. The owner Gary Hite personally came to my house to evaluate the status of my entire two stories house tiles and carpet. He kindly listened to all my flooring cleaning needs. He promised that my baseboards won't be damaged by his worker and he recommended to first hire someone to do the baseboard re-caulking. He advised me how to correctly clean my tile and carpet, after their job is done to maintain it neet. He gave me a reasonable quote with senior discount if pay cash. I felt that Gary Hite,the owner, really care of his customers by not delegating the assessment of my floor condition to anybody else. He showed up to my house on sharp time, he was not on a hurry, he was very content to help me. I got the baseboard caulking work done in advance. Days before my flooring was cleaned I did my best to move away most of my furniture to my garage, front porch and patio. Gary the owner sent of his most experienced worker Brandon to do my tile and carpet cleaning. Brandon showed up on time on 12/23/2024!!! He called half and hour in advance to let me know he was coming. He did an awesome job of removing all the stains of my light beige tile and carpet. My tiles were cleaned by another company 2 years ago by another company that did a very poor job. Brandon's powerful machine and his extreme diligence didn't touch my baseboards. On his knees Brandon manually cleaned what was necessary to don't damage my baseboards. He didn't wet neither kick my baseboards. He asked me various times to check his work to make sure something needed to be re-touched/re-cleaned. Brandon is very kind, respectful, considerate, patient and proud of his job. He expended all the necessary time to finish his job perfectly. He acted like he was cleaning his own house with devoted dedication. I gave him a good tip to Brandon and I'm eternally gratefull to him and DIRT ARMY owner GARY HITE for making me feel that my husband and daughter and I just moved now to our brand new house and no 17 years ago!!! So I was chilling reading my morning Facebook feed while having coffee and saw this thread about this crazy woman on Yelp who got mad and started trying to take down a local business because she has an abnormal fear of 12 lb. dogs...After reading how she shat down her leg, I laughed so hard I spit my coffee all over my white floor. I breed and raise goats out of my house. They can be very messy and I have quite a few (8 in total), and they don't have the best bathroom manners. I reached out to Gary to help get my floors back to normal as we were throwing a birthday party for my favorite goat Irene. Gary came over and did an amazing job getting all of the feces out of the carpet and kitchen tile. They even got the grout to be white again instead of the brown color that I was used to. To be honest, I didn't think that I would ever have clean floors again, and I thought that I was going to have to replace the flooring throughout the whole house because there was a LOT of feces. I mean a LOT. I also breed and raise iguanas. My only issue with Gary is that I only drink goats milk and I have a fridge full of it as I milk them myself. After they finished with my floors, I went to get something to drink and noticed that some of my milk was missing. I counted the jars and noticed that 2 were missing. I'm very proud of my milk and don't mind sharing, but the least they could've done was ask. I would definitely hire Gary again and highly recommend his service, just be sure to hide your goats milk. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed; however, after I texted my concern, the owner called me right away and told me that one of his employee's would be at my place in 15 minutes.
